Nice enough guys, great price…but…

Was quoted 30-45 minutes, took two hours (nbd). Got car back with black silicone on hood, fenders, exterior door handles (even rear driver one?), and interior A pillar. Was able to clean it off with mineral spirits. Cowling has pry marks on it.

As I said, hope the best for these guys but was disappointed in quality.

This place is awesome. I was happy with the result and pricing! I drive a 2023 mini cooper and needed front windshield replaced. They beat the price of another placed I called before. Had the windshield replaced, then had a a little issue afterwards. I was able to call them up and let them know about it. They absolutely had no problem with me taking it back and were more than happy to get to the bottom to fix it! I highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer if needed. Very good pricing, for only having a team of 4, they know how to do it right! Anywhere else, it takes 3-4 hours with more of a crew. Here is the best way to go, and very good pricing can't beat it anywhere. Exactly what every customer looks for!

I repaced my car’s windshield today and really liked the quality of service. They handed the vehicle within 30 minutes and charged me a reasonable price. I would recommend this before any other windshield service centers.

My insurance sent me here to repair the sunroof on my ‘21 Toyota Camry. I was told to come at 2: 00pm, and I got there 5 minutes early. Nobody was in the front, and only two customers were in the waiting area, but they were on phone calls. After awhile I just sat and waited, I noticed they had a huge dog just asleep in the waiting area on a dog bed. The waiting area is DIRTY and NASTY. I called the business and one guy answers and said it was weird nobody helped me. Anyways, by this time it’s 2: 30 and he says to hand off the key and return in about 1-2 hours and my car will be done. We return at 4: 40 only to find my car in the spot I left it, unmoved and untouched. Walked back in, and again nobody is up front. I knock on a door and the same man comes in, looks at me confused when I tell him I’m back to pick up my car. I said “I had the red Camry, you told me to return in about 2 hours? I see it’s not done. ” And he says “Oh Yeah, right! ” So he jets out front and hops in my car to drive it around back. Finished the job alone in 30 minutes. Comes in and puts my key on the counter and says to sign the completion contract. I asked questions like can I open the sunroof, can I wash it, etc. And he’s like yeah it’s all good to go. I didn’t sign anything until I looked and tested it myself. He didn’t go with me to test anything. I returned and signed the contract. I don’t even know anyone’s name there, they didn’t bother introducing themselves. The customer service was way under par for me and the environment was nasty. I feel like it was a rushed job because he forgot about me. Hopefully nothing happens because I will not let my insurance send me back here. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! Idk how they have so many positive reviews!

I travel (drive) many miles on many of highways behind many 18-Wheelers. My windshield needed a full replacement due to two cracks (from pebbles hitting) and needed two seals a couple months later. I greatly appreciate Tommy’s for fitting me into their schedule asap! Visit them for any and all windshield repair needs.

Literally the best! I got my back-right passenger window smashed and had some things stolen from my car. I have a Mercedes-Benz and was skeptical to take it anywhere besides a dealership. I got a quote, which was like $500 cheaper than the dealership. I gave them a shot and am beyond satisfied with the results. The new window matches seamlessly with the others. In addition, I was procrastinating on cleaning the glass shards and pieces from my seat and floor and came back to a spotless car. I am genuinely impressed on what I received for the price, service, and timeliness of everything. These guys know what they are doing.

Love this place! Brand new windshield for my Chrysler 300, ordered on a Friday, glass was in by Monday and it only took 15 mins! LOVE THE DOG TOO! Lucky is a lucky dawg!

These guys are awesome and know exactly what they are doing. Their quote was less than l expected, and they completed the installation in about an hour. I recommend them if you need glass work done on your vehicle. I give them 15 jalapeños for my rating!

Based on the reviews i was expecting a quality job unfortunately it was not the case. My vehicle was clean when i brought it in and specified not to use the door edge as a step to install the glass due to the scuff plates. It was returned to me with so many shoe prints and dirt on the door edges and in addition to this the windshield pieces were not put back together correctly and there was black silicone or glue everywhere like on the hood and roof. It had so much silicone it was overflowing from the edges. Also fingerprints on the dash and sweat stains. I was told it would only take 30 min and ended up taking 1: 45 min. Not satisfied at all with the end product.

Someone broke into my car yesterday morning, and I needed my rear window replaced. I looked online, and this placed popped up, I called and asked if they were able to fix it today, and they said they could thankfully.

I went over with my car, and got if fixed that very same day. It also came with a very dark tint which I appreciate as well.

Also they have a shop dog named Lucky, who is very sweet, and calm.

Called around to a few different places, as soon as I called Tommy's, James was immediately friendly, asking for any and all details to help me out. Set up an appointment same day, in and out in 20 minutes. A bunch of chill, friendly vets, an awesome Golden Lab doorman. Would definitely come back.

I just wanna say thank you for everything! BUT YALL THE VIBES WERE HERE. Even though it was a hot sunny day they still kept up the good vibes, and they joked around, offered water and food for the wait. ALSO They have a really nice dog in the waiting area which kept us company while we all watched movies. OVERALL 10/10 bc customer service is obviously at a 100% AGAIN Thank you so much to the team who worked on the car!

Tommy is the most amazing person ever! He replaced my cracked windshield really fast. Tommy and his dog Lucky kept us company while we waited on the installation to be completed. Made us feel welcome! The price is way better than Safelite or any other glass repair shop around. Definitely recommend!
