Highly recommended! They dropped off and picked up the chair from our hotel. So convenient! They answered the phone on Christmas and walked through the process of disassembling for loading into my vehicle. I appreciate them so much!

I was in San Antonio Dec. 27 an 28th to see the river walk. I called Tom's an they delivered the Electric chair to the motel. Very nice scooter an it took me all over down town an on the River walk. Very good customer service an their prices are very reasonable. If I were ever in the area again, I would call Tom's. Thank you for making my experience alot easier an possible.

Didn't even go inside ya'lls store girl I talked to on the phone while i was parked up front seemed like no concern for my needs even told me to just go to the Zoo and they would rent me a scooter there I just don't think I will be paying ya'll a visit again.

Definitely recommend this service! We visited San Antonio for two days and the walking was a bit much for mom after the first day. I rented a wheelchair for the second day and was a real help for her to be able to sight see. The pricing was upfront and a real value! Christian even came by the hotel to pick up the wheelchair as we were checking out. We will definitely use this service again on our next visit!

I travel with my personal wheelchair. My husband and I were visiting San Antonio for him to attend a conference. I didn’t want to be stuck in the hotel all day waiting for him to get out of the conference in the evening. So, before leaving home I called our hotel and they highly recommended Tom’s! I called and Jeff gave me all the information up front. After booking one of their scooters, they had it delivered to my hotel before I arrived so that I could use it immediately. I was able to spend everyday doing my own thing, spending most of it on the riverwalk! Then due to unforeseen circumstances, I was late getting it back to the hotel for pick-up. Christian’s response was we take care of our customers. No extra charge! I will for sure be using Tom’s on my next trip to San Antonio. Thanks Tom’s for giving me my independence and helping me have a great vacation!

They refuse to give any kind of refund when one of their products break down before the rental agreement is up. Surprised they have a 4.7 rating cause it should be lower.

We visited the Alamo and knew my mother would not be able to walk that far. I called Tom’s to rent a wheelchair for her. We parked the car there and got the chair, wheeled her down the street to the Riverwalk to eat and on to the Alamo! They provided a great service!

I was in San Antonio for a conference last week. I need a hip replacement and saw several folks at the conference who had rented mobility scooters. They told me it was $50.00 a day for the rental. I said DONE! Who did you rent them from? They said, Tom's. I called Tom's and they had a scooter delivered to the Grand Hyatt River Walk in less than 90 minutes. The scooter made my last four days at the conference much more enjoyable. I could traverse the city with my friends when we went out. I would not have been able to do that without my scooter from Tom's.

We needed a scooter for my FIL to be able to enjoy his visit to SA. Tom's was so nice. They delivered to our hotel! And when my MIL decided it might be good for her to have a scooter too, Tom's delivered one for her the next morning. The Tom's people were wonderful! This really made our trip more enjoyable. Our experience with this company has been incredible from start to finish - from the day we picked up the wheelchair to the final resolution with the rental. I hope you never need a wheelchair, but if you do, don't go anywhere else.

Their customer service is by far the best I have had from any company. The gentleman who helped us on Sunday morning was the nicest guy and very helpful. He made sure my husband had the scooter that was comfortable for him and made sure we were happy with everything. We had wanted to visit the Alamo and Riverwalk but hubby has mobility issues and Toms was a great choice for us due to proximity of these attractions. It made our day a great experience thanks to the helpful staff. Would definitely rent from them again!

Came to San Antonio for my mothers 70th birth and needed to rent a transport chair so we could take her out and about. Tom’s was not only the most reasonably priced but each and every staff (Dillon, Johnny and Belinda) were so kind and accommodating. Please don’t hesitate to contact Dalton at Tom’s for your scooter needs in San Antonio. We arrived during TWO conventions and he helped me with what stock for rent was available. I’m new to the electric scooter world and he helped me sort out what I need vs what was available short notice- like 24 hours short notice.

Toms arranged for the scooter to be at my hotel before my arrival. It was at the bell desk. We are staying close to the store so due to close proximity there was no charge for delivery.

All we have to do is drop it off at the bell desk and head to the airport.
