Before Terminating my insurance with Allstate I called to discuss my request to cancel. I asked the agent to help me figure out when it would be the best time to terminate the insurance to avoid having any left over balances. The representative I spoke to was helpful at the time and was able to assist me and confirm that i would not have a balance due.
I reached out because i believed that was the most responsible way for me to terminate and to make sure that everything would be good to go. Now, I have been informed that there is a balance due and they have sent it to the collection agency. I don’t understand why I has lied to and how my call was simply a waste of time rather than a helpful way for me to terminate responsibly. Times are hard and these companies do as they wish with their customers.

When I say If I have a question its bound to be answered. I mean it! I know exactly what coverages I have and what I need or do not. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT RATES!

I always feel comfortable when they solve my doubts and they are always available when I call them.
