Great service. Place was a bit busy and hence had to wait a while for help, but counter staff are courteous, knowledgeable, well trained.
Pricing is competitive. They seem to always have what I need. I highly recommend this location for your tool rental needs.

I have been a contractor for the better part of 30 years. I have operated everything from D8 bulldozers to a shovel. The " Head Mechanic " at the magnolia location apparently believes every person that comes in has no idea what they are doing.
His job is to rent me what I want and ask me if I want insurance.
I don't need an education on how long it's going to take me to dig a freaking trench with each type equipment.
Needless to say, Mr. Head mechanic talked himself out of a rental and a customer

Very helpful.had what I was looking for and the gentleman showed me how to use it, which I appreciated as I had not used a pole saw before. Equipment was in excellent condition and got the job done with zero issues!

I called Home Depot to rent a chipper and was told it was available. I told them I lived 30 minutes away, but would be there soon. When I arrived I was told the machine was broken and could not be rented. He apologized and walked away. They could have told me that before I wasted my time driving there.

Rented a bobcat and they gave us a faulty trailer tire and have taken no responsibility for it and are requiring us to pay for the whole thing. Without taking into account the wear and tear on the tire prior to our use. Needless to say we will NEVER EVER rent from these cheaters again. Worst customer service ever! If I could give less stars than one I would.
