Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot, Cypress TX

Great service. I felt like I was misled into purchasing $4.50 worth of insurance on the lawn mower I rented.

The two men who work at the rental department at home Depot spring Cypress are very kind courteous and knowledgeable of everything they have there.

The Home Depot rental center has a variety of quality tools including heavy, commercial grass options. The layout and options is very similar to other locations. We have rented several tools including the pressure washer recently. I gave this rating a 4 star because the 1 full-time employee there is amazing. He has a calm and friendly demeanor, and he is very attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend this rental center.

Mr. Marty was awsome. I recommend anyone to bring their small motor repairs here. Tool rental is fair and tools work great. Thank yall so much.

Great service in the tool rental department. Seems a corporation would have 2 people for the morning rush. There was only one employee who did an excellent job of getting the issues that came up delt with promptly and customers out the door

This place sucks! They don't even know about the stuff they rent out. Rented a drum sander and asked is it easy to put on the belt. Oh yeah just slide on the belt the flip the switch. Guess what there is no freaking switch.you just turn it on and it tighten up. Took me 20 mins to get that answer. I will never rent from this horrible place again. I had to call twice and finally got the manager and he at least read about the machine and got me the answer. Glad I did the 24 hrs rental bc the 5 hr would have done nothing for me. Bc it took that much time for them to figure out how to run the sander. Again I say worthless. If you rent it you better know how to work it.
