Top Cash Pawn #2 - Landers, Garland TX

I recently visited Top Cash Pawn and purchase two guitars. They are very friendly and have a great selection of items. Overall a great place to do business!

When you first walk into this place it feels like you have just entered a magical land of mystic items! All of them shine with wonder and magic. Then as you approach the the counter to enquire about the price of an epic musical Axe, you are told that you must only pay a a very small price for this amazing piece of elven history. All in all it is a great place with great people and great prices! Highly recommended!

Called into the store to see about the car audio selection and Jason the manager answered the phone. Unfortunately they do not have much car audio at the moment but Jason was more than helpful. He explained they specialize in other goods like power tools etc.and even offered a few suggestions on where i migjt be able to find something like that. Nevertheless he exteneded an invite into the store for future purchases. Im a contractor and sometimes a good deal on a tool is invaluable so i will definitely stop by. Thanks Jason

Whenever I’m in need of cash, I would come to this place. Jason has been very helpful and outstanding in providing help and excellent customer service to me. He is quick, prompt, and precise in his work and sometimes he goes a little beyond when I really needed more help. This is the best pawn shop I’ve been to. The owner is awesome. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. It is a clean shop and you just leave there with a feeling of trust. That is not always the experiences I have had in the past with other pawn shops. Hands down this is my go to place now when I need a fast cash loan. I’m so happy I found this place!

Long story short, this store had the best customer service I have ever had. Frank, one of the workers, was very knowledgeable in electronics and cut it to the chase soon with a fair and honest offer that won’t hurt your pride. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for any used item, this place has it all and talk to Francisco, he won’t let you down!

I've been to other pawnshops before and they all seem kind of dusty (& dirty) with some rude, unenthusiastic employees. This places is not like that at all. It was well kept and the man behind the counter, Frank, was friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to make a purchase today but I will return.

I thought it would be decent bc of the stars it was rated but when I pulled up it looked like a garage sale or something. Soon as you pull up you can tell they don’t get much business. It like 2 TVS 3 CPUs and some power tools

Worst customer service ever. Didn't do his jobs and had the stupidity to say "well you just need to put in more effort. " As if it's my job to work for him. No, he should treat customers with respect

Landers is alright with me man these guys do what they can and if you inew anything about them you would get an idea of where they stand as a small business, people who cry about attitude and not getting ther ay at this shop need to grow up. At first i thought they where rude but u guys dont know what they had to go through to keep their place running. These guys are alright. Call and ask question these guys do try to work with u and help.i personally appreciate.landers pawn and im glad they are there.
