They are always nice and fairly fast! They do get busy so you may have to wait at times. So far everyone I have had has been good.

I can't rate their work but I can their service. I called in and made an appointment for two nail dips & requested that we be sat by each other. They had us sitting on the opposite sides of the salon. They said they could not accommodate our appointment. We left disappointed and had to find another place last minute.

Went to get my nails done here for the first time in 3 years. Everyone took care of me here. I was able to get the design I was wanting for the holidays and even added a little flair to my toes. Of course it was busy for being late on a Friday night but everything I wanted done was done and then some. Super happy with my nails and most def will be back again.

I am thinking about getting my nails I haven't had nails for a long time but my sister came home with her nails a while ago and they look awesome she said there's a girl named Michelle did her now she said she is great so I am going to call and make an appointment with Michelle maybe I've actually found somebody that I actually like that can do my nails right I've had bad experience with getting my nails done in the past.

I been going here for over 6 years. Every one is nice and friendly. The owner Nancy remembers everybody's name!

The most humiliating thing just happened to me I was just racially profiled I am getting my nails done at Top Nails in Mesquite on town east and the lady doing my nails is almost finished so she asked me to pay before she puts on my topcoat my total is only $40 and change I give her $60 and I get up to go tip the lady who does my toes so as I come back to sit down I see my change in front of me I grab it and put it in my purse and the lady who is doing my nails begins to yell at me grab my purse and say I stole money and yells across the room for the owner to get the cameras embarrassing me in front of everyone in the nail salon and as they watch the Camera I’m asking them to speak in English because they were discussing me and the owner Sshhhd me AND was very rude and told me to wait as they all surrounded me as if I was a criminal IN FRONT OF MY KIDS And as they finished watching the video they see that the nail lady put the money in her purse and that I DID NOT steal anything But that was the most humiliating thing that I have ever went through anybody who knows me know I AM NOT THAT TYPE and Money isn’t an issue I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE they treat black women like criminals

Does not close at 8: 00 PM on Sundays as advertised. Closes at 6!

I love it here. They all do a great job on my pedicures! I've been going here for more than a year and now won't go anywhere else.

I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt and every time i leave, there is something wrong with my nails and they never heed what the customer is saying about the way their nails are being done, its time to find a new nail shop

Waited forever. It took 2 hours for them to do myself and my daughter's friend's nails and didn't even get to my daughter. Left me in pedicure water for 15 min with no service. Also tried to paint over my daughters previous black nails with pink rather than file off and redo. Never going back.

I got a pedicure & a full set with the powder dip. The service was great & I like my nails & toes. The problem came in once I went to wash my hands. The lady that did my pedicure was waiting to come to the wash bowl but apparently I was taking too long. She then proceeded to RINSE off the pedicure utensils, placed them in the sterilization pouch & proceeded to perform another pedicure with the utensils that wasn't sterilized. I'll NEVER visit this place again.

Top Nails is one of the better nail salons in the Mesquite area. Nancy really knows her customers and her business.
