Top Nails, Decatur TX

Had a really nice experience at Top Nail. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was nice. Got a manicure and pedicure. Will definitely go back again.

They are very professional… clean place for facials nails and pedicures…Mai does lashes… appointments can be made

I get my nails dipped and I usually go to weatherford to Tj nails, but I ran outta time it was Christmas Eve n I needed my nails done. I told the lady I like my nails thick and short the only thing that was right was the short part. My nails were done sooo thin I’ve already broke 3 nails and I’ve only had them on for less than 2 weeks. I can usually go 3weeks if they r done correctly. I WONT GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

I went here first time. Told them 2 times I wanted gel nails new set. One lady gave me a price another lady another price. Then the tech starts doing my nails a manicure. Then gets the gel color and got up and picked a different color out said I didn’t want that color. She put it on my real nails. So I stopped her and said I said 2 times I wanted tips with gel. Absolutely horrible service and they do not communicate well. I said can I just pay for the manicure because this is ridiculous. I won’t be back just horrible.
They do not listen to the customer at all. I repeated myself to many times and I plainly said Gel new set because the other lady ask do I want them long its extra I said no not long. I paid 18$ for absolutely nothing. Bad customer service

They were very rude and acted like they were inconvenienced by my daughter and I just getting our nails painted. Very poor custom service! I will never go back again.

These people are the best I've ever been to they always do exactly what I want and I'm never disappointed! I would always recommend this place to anyone.

I tend to put it off having my toes done because I know the pain I'll experience for several days after the service. Kimmy was exceptional. This was literally the first time I have ever had my toes done that they didn't hurt the next day. Kudos to Kimmy. I WILL be back!

Came in as a walk in. I got great service and my Pedicure was great! She did a wonderful job on my nails.

I went to a local nail salon. I was very unhappy with my nails. I went to Top Nails to see if they could fix the ridiculous looking nails. Mai worked her magic & they were beautiful. I went back & Mai was not available, so I went to Veronica. Again, I left with beautiful nails. Veronica has been doing my nails for a year now. I won’t go anywhere else.

I'm sorry I had to come back and update my Review. After one week of having my nails they all started lifting and some popped off with in a week and a half they were not worth 50 dollars.

Years ago I used to love getting my nails done here. But I guess in the years I've been away they sold to someone else. I went in there to get my nails done along with my step daughter. They were unprofessional. Taking video calls, yelling at each other. Kept switching our techs out. It was just a mess. We were the only 2 customers in there. It took nearly 3 hours for them to do our nails. The women doing mine put 10 coats of dip powder on mine before I finally said something because they were getting so thick. The finished result it
S still bad. They're so thick and even cover my cuticles even a week after having them done. I'm honestly probably going to pay someone else to take these monstrosities off. Save your money y'all, don't go here.

After going to 4 different salons asking if they took Google Pay (had to get card replaced) because no one could answer a phone, this place said they took Zelle so I was very happy. Then when the lady was so meticulous and so detailed in her work I was in love. She was funny and made me love my nails. I have found my new place!

This salon has the nicest and most talented nail techs in town. They are exceptional to my 2 small girls that like to come get the princess treatment. We always leave feeling beautiful.

Used to be a nice place! Used this place for a few years and now the staff is always rude wanting to do whatever they want on the nails just to charge extra. (Which i don’t mind) they’re so rude and always arguing with each other. Full of junk! Never again. Lost a valuable costumer for sure.

I went there Last week and the lady did my nails wrong and I told her and she didn't even try to make it right and they charge me to much

Veronica was nice and the customer service was great. She listens to what you want. Prices are very reasonable

I really enjoy coming here. The staff is very personable and professional. Reasonable prices, as well. They "nail" it every time! Lol
