Top Nails and Spa, Mt Pleasant TX

Would not recommend anyone to come so ur nails here came in to get a fix done and when asked to add another layer of acrylic cuz u could bend the nail she got up and took someone else and left me waiting keep in mind I just had one nail to fix and paint simple fix

Quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. My heels and feet were still dirty when I left. No scrubbing and very little massage.

Worst experience at a nail place ever. I never leave bad reviews but she didn’t want 2 do her job today.

Don't expect to get your feet rubbed while getting a pedicure. Even after asking if the person was going and them saying they would they still didn't. They really need to change their sign from Top Nail & Foot Massage to something a little more honest.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible service, unfriendly, rude and they have bugs just a bad experience all around. They do not clean their supplies so beware of infections.

Waste of my money smhh didn’t even do it right i came for a pedicure cause my feet was dry and i left with my feet dry this place is down bad

This place does have potential to be a good nail shop however some of the ladies who work there are very unfriendly, rude, and very accommodating. I went there because they usually do good pedis however I chose the cappuccino Pedi which is a step up from basic so I was expecting just that. The "hot" towels and "hot" rocks were cold. And I have so much more of a bad experience but I am not here to bash. If u don't want to deal with bad service and bad attitudes go-to glossy nails they didn't disappoint.

My husband and I got a manicure and pedicure this afternoon, my nails painted in ranger colors for the game tomorrow afternoon, it is 6: 42 and two of my three nails have lost their polish. I’m just hanging out with family, doing nothing special. I paid quite a bit and am very disappointed my nails are not going to to be pretty for tomorrow. I don’t splurge that often soooo sad

If I could give a zero I would. Don't go here! They spent 2 mins scrubbing my feet and doing cuticles. My feet needed attention. Then when we complained the lady was very rude and said if we don't want it done we can get someone else but that is how they do it. Then spent 20 mins rubbing. Trying to make up for being done with the exfoliation in a couple minutes. Spoke with the manager to address it and she goes next time tell the manager and im like im telling them with no resolution. Save your money and go elsewhere. It cost too much these days to get half the service. I will take my business elsewhere!

Very disappointed explained to man like 5 times what I wanted I even had the old set still on that I had done in Longview as a example
I explained that I wanted just like they are only filled and cut down, well end result he messed them up so bad I literally told him just to put a new set on and start over seems that's what HE not me wanted to do in the first place of coarse there is more money in it that way. Then after all said and done he charged me 75.00 for short pink & white nails long story short I will not go back this is not the first time they have done this I will gladly spend a little more in had to go to Longview where I can get what I want and not be charged an outrageous price sorry not sorry for this review because it was not the first time this has happened.

I have been using Top Nails for several years. Lately, it has been a little hit or miss. I think they are short-handed and have trouble hiring. I consistently get dip powder nails every 2- 2.5 weeks and they do a good job (5 stars). Eyebrow waxing (4 stars) Eyelash extensions were terrible. I will not do that again. It looked like I had broom bristles on my lashes. They were so full with glue I could barely open my eyes. Overall, I would still give them 4 stars.

Terrible service! I went to get a pedicure with a group of friends and it litteraly took 15 minutes total for them to do the pedicure and shellac! There was no real pedicure involved just trimming toe nails and that is it! To top it off, all the nail techs were extremely rude! Don’t waste your time or money at that place just go somewhere else!

Service received- Pedicure- To begin with nail tech had an attitude, like she know me from a past life or something. Did my pedicure dry and in less than 5 to 8 mins (not joking) My feet feel worst than when I came in. Do not recommend but there isn’t much else in Mount Pleasant anyway

BE AWARE, UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF MAY 2022. We used to love this place, until sold. They never let anyone know. If you have a nail tech that you thought you had a appointment with, they will tell you only after you sit down that " Oh he is on Vacation " and expect to use someone else. Not happy with the bait and switch game. Never going back. Luckily for us we found where our favorite people went to.

Used to go here all the time. Walked in And they told the new girl (her defense she is very sweet) but didn’t have any experience. I asked for a French tip and she didn’t know what I meant. So I showed a pic and this is what I left with… I had to pay… yeah.
