7We contacted Top Notch to complete a bathroom remodel job that was 1/3 of the way done (demo, plumbing, electrical done). Shane and his crew took over a month to do a poor quality job including uneven tiles, concrete sand mix getting stuck in the drain, and a shower pan that was suspect. I even gave Shane a $500 advance on the remaining balance that he begged me for even though the job was only 70% done. After multiple delays and poor customer service, we decided to look for another contractor. Now after reaching out constantly for a reimbursement on the advance we gave him, we have not received anything but excuses on why he can't repay us. Just a terrible and amature experience overall! Don't fall for the basement prices, you will get what you pay for!
Said they would have a job done in a week, didn’t show up on time once, and half the time didn’t show up at all. After a month of having no floor and my house completely trashed I decided I needed to just find another contractor. Shane promised I would get $1000 refund, sent me $300 and stopped responding. Shane was constantly badmouthing his workers, his workers were badmouthing him and each each other. Stay clear. It was a complete nightmare working with them.
Top Notch is a scam of a company. They took full payment for a job and then left it half done and never came back. They stopped responding to me completely. I advise against using them for anything.
My brother work for Top Notch, he was hired to correct a tile work but this company didn’t pay when there supposed; the owner pay only $200 dls for one week of work is been a week now and he still waiting for the rest of his money we send several messages and phone calls the only answer he has is DONT CALLME I KNOW WEN I DESIDE TO PAY YOU
And is not the first time, of curse he is not longer working for him but a person don’t respect his workers money don’t deserve any thrust specially when somebody fix your own work
They don’t call them top notch for nothing! These guys are very professional and get the job done faster then expect and go above and beyond expectations! Highly recommend!
Shane and Top Notch did amazing work! I am ecstatic about my new bathroom! I had no idea how much this looks like my idea when I told them about it. Thank you Top Notch for wonderful work! If you ever need anything done in your home I would highly recommend Shane Cobb and Top Notch above all others!
