If I could I’d give 0 stars. The past few months. New managers took over. I thought they were nice at first but recently they have been super unreasonable and rude! I’m

This was our first RV park after we first moved into our 43 ft fifth wheel & it was fantastic stay (1 year to be exact). The staff was always super friendly and helpful when we needed any type of assistance. They were able to fill up our propane tanks that they picked up from our site and dropped back off which was very convenient.

The views from this park were beautiful and definitely made us feel like we were in the country (which we were), but grocery stores etc were only about 10 minutes away.
Our site was gravel, had enough room for our fifth wheel + an area to park both of our vehicles. They also have picnic tables on every site. Our water pressure was not great, which we did not realize until after traveling to about 10 other parks and realizing everywhere else has better water pressure, not a make or break, and potentially was just our particular spot? The water in Texas is VERY hard, and this was evident. We did end up installing a water softener in our RV which saved the day! We had 50 amp electric and paid separately for that as a monthly park guest.
The park had a clubhouse which was very nice; had a small fitness area, a communal kitchen, tables, lots of books, a TV, mens and womens bathrooms + showers which were always impressively clean! They had a pool which we ended up using a lot more than we thought we would due to the excessive heat this year! We were able to get our mail delivered to the front office & they offered the essentials for sale which was handy!
They had numerous doggy stations with poop bags and trash cans to make cleaning up after our fur babies very convenient.
There are a LOT of deer in this area, so be careful when driving early in the morning or late at night. We also got to see a lot of armadillos and for the first time a porcupine.
We explored nearby Comfort, which was a hidden gem. Lots of shops and restaurants downtown. If you are into antiques, this is the place for you! Joshua preserve is about a 3 minute drive and has 2 dog parks which we took advantage of as well.
Near the end of our time here we were able to get Starlink which worked fantastic for us. We will definitely return to TOH when we are in the area!

Stayed a week in the extremely well maintained TOH RV park. The camp staff was very helpful as we had to get some work done on our RV. Our pull through site gave us plenty of room for our Super C towing a car. Watching the sunrise and sunsets was beautiful in the Hill Country and so close to Boerne for shopping. Would highly recommend this park and will come back. Thanks Stormy for all your help.

Never actually stay at this location but they are extremely expensive $65 a night or 300 a week no cable or Internet included for for a regular 5th wheel spot. The surrounding area is on average 200 a the week or 40 a night and that includes Internet and cable.prices way to high

It was a last minute stay since we had trouble with our RV and couldn’t go home until we fixed it. The owners were so nice and welcoming. Great location especially for our kids they enjoyed the pool which was very clean. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful campground/resort in a rustic setting on a hilltop; easy access to Comfort and Boerne. Beautiful views surrounding. Nice view of the sunrise from our cabin window. Beautiful Joshua Springs Preserve is just across the highway. Our cabin was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Overall, it's a good place. However, we did feel that the half-of-a-duplex cabin was overpriced, and there are several reasons we would not return (at least to the half-duplex cabin) : 1) The shower in the cabin is a camper-size shower (too short for 6-ft-tall men, and too small for an adult to turn around or soap up comfortably) ; there are larger showers available in the clubhouse. 2) The duplex cabins have a door between the units (to allow friends or families to rent both sides), but there is a large crack above the door, where you can see the light in the other side of the cabin, and can hear your neighbors speaking or watching TV). 3) We could not get our TV to turn on, and since we were out doing things from early in the morning until evening, we had no opportunity to ask the staff for help. 4) The front desk and camp store is available only 10am-6pm daily. This is a problem when we paid as much or more than we would have for a typical chain hotel that always has someone at the front desk. 5) The pool is only 4ft deep, and was so busy with children, that we were not able to enjoy it peacefully. They should have hours for adults only in the pool.

Cute cabins with nice linens and comfy bedding. The location is well suited for visits to Boerne, Comfort, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, and other nearby towns.

The manager, and her husband who does maintenance, are super nice and have bent over backwards to accommodate me. A beautiful facility and beautiful staff.

Roads and sites for big rigs not that great very tight. Had to drive over curbs to get into our site. No concrete slabs where we parked and trees stick over small narrow roads that could damage sides of rig. Will not be staying here again.

…. People talk about the workers and all their dirty laundry is aired. The latest news is someone was poisoned by two people who work there for an insurance claim. Not a safe place to stay!

Great place to see the San Antonio area along with Fredericksburg and Luckenbach. Great clubhouse with a pool table, TV, full kitchen and plenty of sitting area. Awesome bathrooms and showers.
