Janet is very nice she gave me a warm welcome into yalls office, she is funny with great conversation, she always lets me know what’s going on with my braces, if you go into Leon valley ask for Janet!

I get my braces done with the ortho team and Dr. Peters, Janet, Itzel and Liz are all awesome! Y’all should go see them. My teeth are looking great.

Always came to this dentist and they won’t let me go to the back with My daughters one is 15 and the other 11 years old. They are still under 18. Thinking about changing dentist soon.

I’m 15 years old and my sister is 11 years old and they didn’t let my parents in with me. I was scared and what if we have cavities and we needs to get shots so these people will not let my parents in the back either way.

So disappointed in today's visit. The sign on the door says face masks are required. Out of 10 people in the waiting room my daughter and I were the only ones wearing them. No one was enforcing this. We waited a full hour for her to be called back for a cleaning. Not sure we'll be back.

Horrible customer service from front desk Marissa. So many scheduling and canceling and rescheduling which is so inconvenient.

Wait time is super long! 2 hours just for cleaning! Crazy! Front desk lady is rude not approachable at all always has a long non friendly face! But dr Patrick is great!

My oldest has been coming here since he was 7mo old. He is 10 now. He currently sees Dr. Patrick and she is AWESOME to say the least. Staff is friendly and we’re usually not here for long. It’s easy, in and out. Small play area for kids too. The rating I’m giving is in regards to the FRUSTRATION I have dealt with early 2018 when my husband and I went for cleaning, exam & x-rays. We were told by receptionist that our insurance was accepted. So after our appts we get a call & they say they made a mistake & it is not accepted but not to worry about the bill because we will not be charged. I received multiple bills and bills and contacted office manager Michelle and she stated not to worry it’s taken care of and that she emailed billing. I then continued to get MANY BILLS, I spoke to Michelle again & same response i got. Then I get a letter stating because of failure to pay they are now going to report to the credit bureau for non payment. I then speak to Michelle (office manager) in person again at the Leon valley location which is where we had gone. She says to ignore it & she doesn’t know why we are still receiving bills. At that point I clearly let her know it needed to get taken care of because I don’t want it on my credit. Now it’s been on my credit since October 2019! I made my last attempt today to speak to someone above Michelle being that there is no corporate office information online. I will file a complaint with the BBB. I have 3 derogatory accounts on my credit all from KOOL SMILES. It’s unbelievable that they allowed it to get this far.

BRACES, I've got braces and they always cut the wire perfectly, and they are always super clear on instructions, they are really nice, never been painful, and if it has been they warn me, especially during procedures.

Office manager was great and after some bad work from our previous dentist i will be transferring all of my kids and myself to this office for dentistry. I think we have found our dentist home.

Took my daughters to the Leon Valley location for a cleaning. Turned out they both needed braces. Marissa the office manager was awesome and very helpful. She was able to fit them both in at their Mcreless location to get their braces on a few days before school starts. Everything was smooth and effortless. Both locations are great with awesome Dr and staff!

I was super happy with the service here. Took my 3 kids in for regular check ups and then my 6 year old had to follow up for some caps and the Dr and Melody really made her feel so comfortable and explained what was happening in a way that a 6 year old would understand. We made it through with no tears!

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Mostly everyone here is friendly. I usually don’t have to wait long for appointments except one incident I waited over an hour, which I did complain at the time. My daughter had a recent appointment to get two permanent teeth pulled due to her over bite and braces. Dr. Karan and Kimberley were excellent! My daughter was nervous and the dental assistant Kimberley was patient and kind. She could see how nervous my daughter was and talked to her throughout the procedure. Thank You
