Very good product that enhances the quality of my video. Just as good has been the online customer support, which was very prompt in replying to my problem and resolved it quickly.

Topaz lab does not stand to guaranty their product as they claimed on the purchase! They ripped me off by not recognizing my 4 hrs use and cancelation on my prescription! Very unprofessional and irresponsible from Topaz!

This software is excellent. Only problem is that, you might want to check your computer specs before buying the program. It runs a bit slow on my device. But the software does what is shows! I had to get a refund because my software can't run this, and the company had no problem giving me said refund. It was a nice gesture full of kindness to refund me! Thanks to Karen Watson for the lovely response helping me recieve the refund.

I purchased Topaz DeNoise, Sharpen, Gigapixel and PhotoAI and I am quite surprised how good the results are! Thank you!

Absolutely NO support. No phone, no email, no text. I am unable to activate the account my daughter purchased for me for my birthday, and no way to contact Topaz Labs for help. The only number I could find on-line has been disconnected.

Great product, but terrible service. How do you ever get in touch with them? No phone number, no email address? I'd love some information on how to contact them if anyone has it.

I purchased Sharpen AI, DeNoise AI, Gigapixel AI, and Video AI, and have been very pleased with the results. Most importantly, the Topaz support team is just fantastic. I had a few issues, reached out on a couple occasions, and the response was always timely, informative, and helpful. Kudos to Ida P (Video AI) and Preston (Sharpen AI) who really did a great job in fixing my issues!

I was delighted with the quick and comprehensive response from the tech folks at Topaz Labs. They patiently answered my questions and helped me reload the software after I updated photoshop. As a portrait photographer I am impressed with way the software enables me to both edit and up scale images. It's an important tool for me in the work and it's good to know how responsive the tech support is.

Tip of my hat to product specialist Lingyu Kong for going more then the extra mile. He helped chase down a system problem and did extra research to see if there was a workaround. Seems the system needs to retire from old age. Excellent, friendly and professional. This is what we all hope tech support should be.

I have been dealing with computer/software support for my company since the 90's. Normally I get a solitaire game going because I know that I will have a long wait to talk to a person with a heavy accent that neither knows how to fix my problem nor who can communicate with me. I have used Topaz products for years and their tech support has really improved. Response time is fast and I even had a remote session to fix a pesky problem that seemed unique to my Mac OS. Thumbs up.
