We don't have a Top Golf in our town and we travel a lot and have always wanted to go. So while in Houston this was our first experience. It was such a cool environment and was even busy on a late Monday night. I'm assuming they take reservations, which would probably be a smart idea. There's a bit of a learning curve and how everything works at your station but if you want you can call your host and they will help you. Our server/host was very attentive and was always there if we wanted something to eat or drink. It doesn't matter your skill level, this would be a fun thing to do for a date, a company retrieved, as a family, etc. Definitely recommend!

This place is Awesome! We had our TASBT award ceremony here. The Staff was Awesome and Fast. Thank you Cameron for taking care of us. Thank you Topgolf for having us. We had way too much fun.

What started off as a horrible experience, turned out to be an awesome experience. The people at the front counter was unprofessional and rude for no reason. Once we arrived upstairs to our 3 bays, we had the best service anyone could think of. My nephew was celebrating his 21st birthday after burying my aunt the day before. L. Diego, the Bayhost, and the manager on the 3rd level were awesome. L. Diego was very attentive and worked very hard to ensure everyone had a blast. He was a 10 star Bayhost. We will definitely return to sit in the bays he is hosting.

Went there with a group of 22. They charged reservation fees of $27.5 per lane that is not counted into to bill, and they had us waited for 45 mins before getting our lanes ready. Of course at the far corner of the field. Food is okay.drink is pretty bad. The worst part is the server came to me and asked for 20% tip on everything including membership fees and lane use. Seriously? I paid $110 just to reserve the lan, and $440 to use the lane, $120 for everyone's membership fee, and then I need to add 20% tip on top of these for what? Will never go back again.

It's too hot in summer. Besides, they constantly hound you to renew your bay or leave. Too much focus on revenue. Certainly not the welcoming place it used to be. Also very expensive.

This was our first time going and we really enjoyed ourselves. Our Bay Host, LaMyia S, was great; very attentive. Although it was 90 degrees outside, they had fans that cooled the bay down. Because it was so hot, we decided to finish playing and then eat in the bar area. We sat right at the bar and that's when the experience started to go downhill. No greetings, just stares. 10 minutes in, I had to ask one of the guys if the bar was even open. Then I had to ask for a menu. After a few more stares, we left. I was not going to write a review but our Bay Host shouldn't have to suffer for the EXTREMELY short comings of the employees in the bar.

The place is huge and extremely fun for family and non certified golfers. The bays are big enough to allow a party of 6 to sit n play. The food was really good. The only knock was I watched 3 waiters walk passed us twice. I flagged one down and he waited on us and did an outstanding job, but I shouldn’t have to Flag a waiter down after I made a reservation. Definitely go and enjoy

Way over priced! Place not for real golfers. And if the staff tells you you can get 1/2 off if there is a rain delay, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Price is still the price even if it's raining.

Top Golf is an incredible place for a fun and friendly golfing experience. Whether you're a pro or a beginner, you'll have a blast hitting microchipped balls at colorful targets. The staff is super welcoming, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is energetic. It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends or have a memorable family outing. Overall, it was a good experience.drinks were good food was great.just was a little disappointed cause they kept forgetting the food and drinks had to wait for a while.but the server was very friendly

They will tell you they are booked and it is a 2 hour wait when there is no one there so they can charge reservation fee. Will not be returning.

On the evening of June 17, myself and a group of 6 arrived to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
For a majority of our group, it was our first time gracing this facility. Understandably, my hopes were extremely high for I wanted the best experience possible for the birthday girl.

Our group arrived 30 minutes early for a 7: 00pm reservation, so the receptionist recommend that we wait inside their bar area until our golf bay was completed. She also express that I would receive a text when the bay was completed and to follow the instructions. (More on this later)
After a few, moments we received an ominous greeting from bartender “Dez”. We all ignored the uninspired greeting, and figured that the peak hours of her shift may have gotten the best of her at this point in time. It was a typical Houston Tx Summer day with temps hovering around 96 degrees at this point. This may have also have contributed to Dez’s customer service or lack thereof. Even though our cocktails were cold, it seem that the temperature inside was still rather uncomfortable. This was appeared apparent after we observed Dez lathering on deodorant and not sanitizing her hands to serve food and mix drink orders. After we noticed this unsanitary act, we decided that our time at the bar would have to come to a close. After becking for 3 times, finally she walked over with a somber stare and said “I heard you the first time”. We found this to rather rude and uncalled for. She could have at least acknowledged us the first time instead of having us look like complete imbeciles by intentionally ignoring us. She then ended her service by throwing our tickets towards us and walked away without saying a word. In my opinion, this was extremely classless.

By the time we closed our ticket, it was 7: 30pm and there was no text alerting me of our reservation. At this point, I proceeded to the reception to gain a better understanding as to why. The receptionist claimed that I did not respond to the text that they sent out. Baffled I showed her my text and email history. Oddly, no attempts was made. I then ask her to send a test text to make sure that their records were accurate. As one may have guessed, the text went through instantly. This proved that my reservation was lost in the system. I was then told that I would have to wait another 30 minutes for the next bay. This would have my initial 7: 00pm reservation at 8: 00pm reservation. This was highly unacceptable, for we had another time sensitive engagement and at this point time was of the essence. After I voice my displeasure to the manager in charge, this cut additional time down to a 15 min wait. This is 45 minutes later than my initial reservation.

After the gaggle service we experience, we finally made it to our bay. Note that climate controlled bays were not very controlled. Present were osculating fans that distributed more heat so please be mindful if you are sensitive to high temperatures.

The golf experience was “meh” when you factor in the previous barrage of mishaps. The games were easy to follow and if you have a fun group you can make the experience the way you intended.
This is indeed “Top Golf, just not Top Service”.

My son and I were kicked out in a rude manner. One of the workers came and literally kicked the golf balls over the ledge and stated we couldn’t finish using the left over golf balls because our time was up. We paid way too much to be treated like that. We will not be returning to this establishment.

It was horribly hot. One fan that rotated for every three bays just not enough in this heat. Group food was overcooked and to spicy for family affair that had kids. Always like Top golf and service was great but just not set up for the heat we are seeing this summer.

Great fun, great service. Everything was very good.
Only complaint I have is, I think the score shouldn't be like darts it should be like a bullseye for the center then going in a circle from the bullseye on out.
But really nice place. Very organized. I will be back.

Kendall the employee working at reception needs to be removed. She is very rude and disrespectful person. Although we had prior booking June 27 at 9: 40 pm and there were bays available she for no reason made us wait and was very rude. This behavior is not acceptable.

We are frequent customers of TopGolf and have always enjoyed our experience - with both the amazing staff and atmosphere.

However, tonight was a dissapointment due to a lady at the front desk named Kendall. Absolutely terrible and disgusting attitude and mannerism she carried. She was very rude to not only me and my family but also the people who were assigned next to our bay who also mentioned to us how Kendall had treated them.

Kendall needs to learn how to respect others before signing up for a job in a customer facing role. Greet your customers with a smile, not with a negative, rude, and degrading attitude especially when a customer has greeted you kindly. An embarassment to the TopGolf establishment, an establishment which we always enjoy with our family and visiting guests. We will turning around if we see her at the front desk next visit.

Besides Kendall, the rest of the staff and waiters were so polite, kind, and helpful throughout our visit - thank you to those, I hope Kendall’s behavior does not reflect on you all.

Kendall needs to be taught a lesson from her management.

6/26/2023, My wife and I went to enjoy our 2nd wedding anniversary around 7pm. We felt rushed from the start by the staff member assigned to our Bay. He wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable. Then without asking, he went to get a red shirt staff member who was more helpful but condescending and tried to belittle me for trying to use a coupon.then 10 minutes later, I was asked to see my charge card even though we weren't half way done with our game/time that he kept interrupting. He took my card and came back with it shortly after, claiming it was policy. That was really sketchy among other concerns such as card security. Never been asked that previously by any business and always paid at the Bay. Felt more like RACISM than policy. As good as the food smelled, we did not like the way we were treated, and did not want to spend another dime where we feel unwelcomed and this will be our last trip to this location.
