Torino Villas, San Antonio TX

My boyfriend has lived here for just over a month and after along day of work comes home to this after maintenance was supposed to go by today, already aware of the leak, for nothing to be done they obviously only came to see that the ceiling is literally raining!

I wouldn't recommend to live at the Torino villa's they never fix things the worse place to live at

Maintenance literally sit on my porch and drink all night after being asked to leave and leave their trash behind

Do NOT live here. No matter how much I've cleaned my apartment AND complained to the front office, our kitchen is crawling with roaches. Additionally, our front door has been unable to be locked for almost a week and the front office has done nothing, even after I put in two requests for the door to be fixed. They do not care about their tenants and it shows, even after "new management"

Worst apartments EVER! Yes the outside may look nice but it’s infested with roaches, mole, etc.management is the worst, maintenance never do their jobs correctly. PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS THEY ARE TRUE!

Editing this now because there is NO WAY these 5 star reviews are genuine. This place is NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Please stay away. They took advantage of me and they will do the same to you. They penalized me even though I showed them military orders 2 months in advance like I was supposed to per the military clause. My rent was $568 but somehow they charged me $3200 without any itemized bill to show me for the charge. Instead of giving me an itemized bill like I had been requesting for months, they send me straight to collections after telling me they had no record of me living there or vacating the apartment in 2018. This is absolutely unacceptable. Management never reached out to me or returned any of my phone calls or emails. From the roach infestation, corrupt staff, lack of parking, broken online payment system, this place has been nothing but awful. Please stay away from this place.

Management is atrocious and the maintenance men drink on the job and leave their discarded beer bottles laying everywhere. Not to mention maintenance squat in empty apartments

New management is harassing has all her family working as maintenance bullying tenants to move stealing material from the property and taken to other properties at midnight or 1: 00 in the morning new manager lady is pregnant and harasses people verbally and almost physically

This is a horrible place to live at. They have horrible communication skills. The managers are rude especially Jennifer she speaks to you like your ignorant! The maintenance crew never fixes anything or they say they will be right back and never come back. You have to keep calling. It’s like a lifetime of waiting to get anything fix in your unit. I been dealing with rain water coming into my unit for a year and they still can’t fix it. My floor is lifting right now, I have a leak in my tub. They never changed out the central air filters. There is days when we don’t have running hot water. These apartments are completely terrible just like the managers!

The communication here is absolutely terrible. My unit wasn’t ready and the fixes needed for the kitchen never got worked on. You pay for pest control yet there’s a roach infestation. And apparently even if you’ve never paid your rent they’ll still leave a notice to vacate on your door and claim they never received it when everyone pays their rent through a payment portal. Soooo 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I will not be renewing my lease. I’d rather live out my car or an extended stay hotel than this place.

DO NOT RENT! The place is not safe, there’s insects (roaches to be specific) in the apartments and they will try to take advantage of you one way or another the place was dangerous at night (gunshots, cars broken into, people using drugs) I tried to get out of my lease but they wanted to charge us 3-4 K to move out. I made every single rent payment on time and after turning in my keys I asked the office staff multiple times if there was anything else they might need from me only to find out a few months later that they had sent me to collections for 70 dollars. But don’t base your decision on this review only. Before renting visit the property at night (not gated so anyone can walk right in) and see what goes on for yourself. Walls are paper thin so you’ll be pretty informed of what goes on in your neighbors life and viceversa.
Maintenance requests are rarely ever resolved and if they do end up responding they’ll go inside your apartment without any prior notice or knocking before going in.
For the money you’ll pay you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Visited a friend who lives right next to the pool in 8/2021. Their 1st floor apartment showed no signs of roaches, finding parking took some time but still found something close, and the pool was clean -there were many people swimming. Can’t speak on management or laundry.

I moved in March, the parking is horrible as well as the pest control. I have baby roaches EVERYWHERE. I pay monthly for a parking spot and somebody is always in my slot. The management is not communicative at all. This is my first rental in SA and I absolutely regret it.

Why do the property managers, take it personal and punish the entire property like we're children? Just like there is people that don't follow the rules, the property should be able to clean up with out complaining. Reconsider living in a property that has nerve to take away luxuries that were offered at time of move in, even the fact that they won't open laundry rooms per covid. So the entire property is stuck sharing a few laundry rooms and forcing everyone closer together.

URGENT! They do not even deserve 1 star, we have a dead squirrel on the wall of the fireplace a month ago, the poor squirrel cried for several days until we stopped listening, then a few days later it began to smell like a dead animal, we called and went to the office to talk to the manager no ones did anything, they just sent someone to clean the ac vents, and that's all they did, they do nothing hoping that the squirrel will magically disappear, a few days ago the apartment began to fill with flies because of the dead squirrel. We have a 1 year old girl, it is terrible to live here is a nightmare.
