10We traveled from Monterrey to Laredo Texas, and we found the driver's attention to be good, and the transportation conditions adequate.good space between rows of seats.

Very bad service I do not recommend it at all! The lady in the wheelchair is very aggressive! They charge more for luggage apart from paying the travel ticket.

The worst transportation line is this, it's my first and last time that the truck broke down and it didn't arrive, 3 hours passed and they took us in a van without air to Dallas, so they could accommodate us in another truck and they don't give a damn and they say We are very busy but to charge for excess baggage they are very ready, the first thing they do is to get their tickets, don't mention, their price is very high, it is the worst, I don't recommend them.
Worst service ever! They did not want to refund my husbands ticket. The rude lady was speaking so fast that we had to stop her a few time to repeat what she was saying! They took our payment first over the phone and I ask if it was refundable she said yes! But when it came to the point for us to ask for a refund they didn’t want to. I said well why did she take our payment first and then say it was their policy not to refund. She said that the attendant is never wrong she tell us the policy first and then takes the payment. I said no that’s not right! They said she never makes a mistake… Bullshit…. Everyone makes mistakes… we will definitely be filling a law suit against this bus company!
