Torrid, San Marcos TX

This location has the WORST customer service. Every time I come out there I have to search for the girls working there for help, they are often in the back room and not on the floor. When I do find someone, they dont know how to help me. I asked if they had a certain cut of jean, the girl told me she didnt know and I could go look through the jean wall. Didnt help me or anything. Um. Okay.

My favorite plus size store! Bought some shorts for the summer! Stretchy and comfortable. Staff was helpful and attentive with any needs. Was able to go into a fitting room and actually try on clothes.

Need better workers. They are just gossiping away don't even acknowledge their customers. Was in store for a good while not even a hello or how can I help you. Rolling oaks is better even if it is a longer drive for me.

Found a dress I loved didn't have my size, but the staff was amazing and ordered it for me to be delivered for free to my home AND made sure I got the in store sale price!

Clean, well-organized store; friendly, attentive staff; cute clothes at great prices. I got two dresses, and one shirt off the sale racks, and a cami, and a pair of tights, all for just $85.

Wife loves this place. It's not a bad place usually always clean and the workers are very nice and helpful!

Love they're clothes & shoes. They are a bit pricey. But, it's the same at any plus size clothing stores. Awesome place to shop.

Not a real factory or outlet store, same as the stores in the mall if your looking to save a buck search for. Coupons, still on my real out let hunt, there was one in Ohio got stuff for like 5 buck looks like that store is closed down.

Crazy expensive. Not what it used to be. Their so called "sales" are a joke. 27.00 for a plain white v neck t shirt. ON SALE? PLEASE.

Pretty expensive, and they don't have a lot of options for my girlfriend's size but they seem to be decent for the price.

Very pleased with the selections of apparel for work and leisure in sizes for real women. The staff member who helped me was great! She had good ideas for building outfits, and honest with me regarding what did and did not look good. I was in the store for quite a long time shopping for my daughter and daughter in law. Very pleasant experience. Wish there were a store in Abilene Tx.

Location is beautiful and clothes are nice for my girl but the prices are pretty high for a outlet store.

Best plus size retail store ever. Great selection in clothing, pants, leggings, bike shorts, dresses, lingerie, swimwear, and active wear! They always have some sort of buy one get one half off and usually buy one get one free on clearance items. I strictly shop at torrid for the quality and excellent fit.

I love this store it had everything in there I wanted. I used to shop only online but then I found a store in San Marcos and was so happy. Can't wait to get back in there.

Becca was super helpful! I've had back pain for so long and needed a new bra and she helped me find the perfect bra that helped my back pain immediately after I put it on. She's was super kind and made it felt like I was talking to a friend!

Kind of expensive, but definitely the best place to go for curvy girls. Love my swimsuit, and I'm always getting compliments at work for the blouses I got here!

High prices and a limited selection make me wonder why I bother. But every once in awhile, I find something special.

My wife shops here often and she really likes it, they have a great selection in her size and the prices r reasonable

Found this place through a recommendation from a friend and loved it every since, super cute and trendy fashion line and friendly attentive service, best part is i can find my size without feeling the "weight" of a double digit. I'm getting all my clothes from here from now on.

I always find something to pay for, whether I'm there to shop or just there to check things out.
