Torrid, Garland TX

Purchased items with cash. I attempted to make a return and was told I could only receive store credit even though I had the receipt. The items hadn’t been worn and tags were still intact. I guess because I’m African American I’m treated differently everywhere I go. Disgrace.

High quality fashion even for larger women. Love this place. Also they are transgender friendly.

The customer service at this location is terrible. No one even greeted my wife and myself. No one ever asked if she needed help. Nada. Very sad. We won't be back.

I went to freewheel mall in Dallas and the manager was very profeesional and very patient with is to find our sizes. She was amazing.

I get most of my clothes from here. The manager, Kelsey, is very friendly and helpful every time. Once I came in looking for an outfit for an interview, and the next time I came in, she remembered and asked me how it went.

Anytime I ship my online Torrid order to store, I always have it sent to this store. The ladies are always attentive to customer needs and are quick to find my online order from their back room.

I also enjoy shopping in store, but I wish they had a bigger space because it can get cramped when there are a lot of people in the store.

Overall, I enjoy this location because the customer service is always excellent.

I just scored a major haul. The clothes are so cute and generous when it comes to sizing. I feel and look amazing.

I think I come here once a week now. It is currently my favorite store. The prices are a bit high but there is always a deal like clearance buy one get TWO FREE! Or always 40% off of things. The quality of the clothes is great, the design and the service. They know me by name now. And if you spend 200 you get 10 rewards. Who doesn't like that. No I do not work here lol. Just enjoy a store in my size. Only negative I can say is they are starting to carry smaller sizes like 10 even though it's a plus size store.

Love the store's location. Not really impressed with the size of the store but as small as it is I've never seen it messy or dirty. Lots and lots of clothes to choose from and very attentive and helpful people that work there. I'll keep coming back as long as they are here.

Kelsey sets the bar for customer service, she’s charming, helpful, patient, and she has amazing taste and style! I will ONLY go to her for any recommendations. I trust her with all of my wardrobe changes! I’ve never left a store so confident and recharged to slay the day!
