Torrid, Plano TX

2 stars because one of the employees was very nice. I ran in very quickly to get a pair of bathing suit bottoms for a last minute trip and the fitting rooms were disgusting. I’ve never left a bad review before but there was visible dirt and crud built up on the floor, carpet, baseboards and door, I was disgusted just taking off my shoes. It was very concerning to see that their covid protocol does not include deep cleaning high traffic areas such as a fitting room.

Torrid is my to go place for clothes but lately this place has been a disappointment in clothing. I came in for a dress and the dresses are to old fashioned, flowery, or spring dresses. I was going out to a club with my girlfriends and wanted to look sexy but sophisticated. Only thing I could find was jeans or a solid black skirt. I like color! Anything but black ‍️. Employees are AWESOME and tried to help in anyway they could.

I just wanted to say that Allie was very helpful and answered my questions along with trying to help me via phone to see if they had an item in stock for me! I haven’t had this pleasant of an interaction from The location closer to my house so I will be making the drive to this one from here on out. Thank you so much for your help Allie. I hope they let management know!

I just visited this Torrid today, and this is my absolute favorite Torrid in the DFW area. It might be one of the smaller locations, but I always seem to find great deals and great pieces every time I visit.
Samantha is always just the absolute best! She's always bubbly and all smiles, and she's helped me feel super cute in my clothes. She was SO RIGHT about the outfits she's picked out for me, and I feel like an absolute BABE. She always makes an effort to build rapport and she remembers me every time-I hope for good reasons!:)

I really hope this reaches Torrid corporate because she deserves a raise and then some. I just can't speak more highly of her.

A really nice Torrid with wonderful employees. One of my favorite things about Torrid (besides the fact that they have clothes that fit me) is their lighted mirrors! Makes you feel glamorous and it’s practical too.

I always feel comfortable and taken care of. The store is clean, friendly, well-stocked, and safe.

All underwear is final sale and I did not know that they have this policy due to covid. I would have never bought underwear online if I would have known. The employees are extremely rude.

I am always thrilled with the amazing customer service at all the DFW Torrid locations! They are always so helpful and sincere amd go above and beyond! Thank you Aly for your kindness and going the extra mile helping me shop for my daughter.

The gals who work here are always friendly and helpful. Any time I come here to shop it is always a positive experience.

I had a great first-time shopping experience with the assistance of Jordan. I tend to buy a size larger than I need (unknowingly) and she definitely made sure I understood how things should feel and fit. She continued to check on me from start to finish. What a difference it makes when you receive exceptional customer service.

I didn't realize the fitting rooms were closed but the ladies were great at helping me figure out what size to get. I don't have to bring anything back, I'm so happy!

I drove 30 min to pick up a shirt that another location had them hold. Total regret. Terrible service and sale was different. Buy 1 get 1 on clearance.the other store was buy 1 get 2 free. I wasted a 30 min one way drive and because of the issue I discussed w the manager I left with no purchase. Customer service is key and this stores not providing it. I won’t be back

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store manager Leah is the sweetest and always makes sure I’m great. Favorite location to shop at! Positive experience every time!

Shop at TORRID a lot, but the first time coming to this specific TORRID for an online pickup. Lady was kind of snarky and once she got my order, she didn't open it or put it in a bag, like the TORRID stores do. It was the right item, thankfully, but I don't know maybe the other stores have spoiled me in that way. To conclude I did not shop for anything more, because I felt as if I was a bother.

Convenient location, decent stock and always a friendly staff! They have a large lingerie section as well and the store is always clean.
