They closed way before the store would close. The workers are disrespectful. They are rude. Change your staff or teach them good manners.

Attempted to go there today and the store was closed, sign said they were taking a break until 3: 50! Since when do a entire store break together?

Love this location. So convenient you can just park and go in! Large selection of clothing and the staff are always helpful! Highly recommend.

Meh. Checking out is such a long pointless process. I had 3 items but put them back because I didn’t want to wait 20 mins to pay

I returned almost $200 worth of clothes and it was never credited back to my torrid credit card. I spoke with a manager who said she would escalate it to corporate but never heard back. I got a bunch of late fees/accrued interest in the time I was waiting for it to be resolved and my credit score went down over 100 points because of this. I ended up having to pay $388 to settle my credit card and make it stop because of an error by a manager in this store. Had to pay hundreds of my own money and had my credit score wrecked and no one would help me resolve an issue they created. Horrible.

This is the only store that I have visited with. Her employees are so rude. Stephanie was my check out clerk. She told me that the clerk from the other store should have told me and stamped my receipt that clearance is final sell. Shouldn’t she be telling that to the employee and not the customer what they did wrong. She was huffing and puffing like a little teenager when she was grown.

Poor selection and staff was less than helpful to offer solutions for alternate purchases on items not available in the store.

Appreciated the kind service and the help in finding an outfit for a friend's birthday party. Got some great deals!
