12Everything was very good but I went to pick up one time in the morning and two twins treated me very poorly
Terrible service from the Cuban woman, she never wants to serve, she always sends to the tortilla shop even if she is not doing anything, spoiled, she doesn't seem to be there to serve, I always buy here but when she is there, I don't even feel like going in. Maybe I recommended someone over the weekend and she didn't give them good service, it's fatal!
There is a next door restaurant part of it I’m assuming and the service is bad because they take forever to refill for stuff or ask for additional items. They give watered down drinks asked if we could replace it and they said no. That they would charge it again.
Additionally they CHARGE FOR CUPS TO GOOOOOOO! Like I’ve never seen that ever before in a dine-in restaurant. They should advertise this and let people know. They have us spending more than we should.

Ordered from them 3 times two times they left out 1-2 items. Customer service is poor unless you speak Spanish! Called to notify: Nobody Speaks English! 3rd time I ordered everything correct, it was a weekday. I’d suggest you don’t order on weekends. I think the b team works then. Chili Relleno is my Favorite
The atmosphere in this place is nice because there is karaoke the food for my first time visiting I didn't like it very much I will return and order something different to see if it is better

In the restaurant the waitress was not friendly at all.
We went to eat and there were no chips and I asked if they didn't serve them because she didn't have the decency to say they didn't have them. The waitress was in no mood to work. I did not like
The food is ok, but they need to do a little more cleaning in the restroom and the dining room, i love the fresh made corn tortillas and the carnitas are great

Do not waste your time at this place! Over-priced food! Not to mention Cold, under cooked. Bad customer service! We were not even brought chips and salsa to our table. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Waitress did not come to our table to ask how everything was? I am going to say that the tortillería on the left side of this restaurant is good, hot and fresh!
