I really enjoyed the experience it was actually fun for me. Everyone was very kind to me and I was glad to find out my hearing is normal.

I knew quite clearly that I needed the help of hearing aids, but the whole world of getting that task done is not always easy to figure out. There’s so much variety in what is out there. I decided the most important thing for me to do was to find someone that I could relate to, trust, who would hear what I said, and answer all questions clearly. I also wanted someone who would not just up market sell and push a product on me. I wanted the focus to be on my hearing health. I had a wonderful Audiologist, Matthew Webster, who met all my requirements and administered the hearing test thoroughly. I felt I was very well served. I am very excited to be able to hear so much better now. It’s definitely a new stage in my life and one I celebrate, thanks to total hearing care.

The audiologist was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. The office staff was also kind. My only concern is that fees were not discussed early on. My insurance card was taken but it was only discussed afterwards that I’d pay up front and get reimbursed later. That would have affected my choice to try a new establishment. Advice to management…let people know their out of pocket costs up front. It reinforces trust when someone is new.

I am extremely relieved after my visit with Dr. Paige. I lost 70% of my hearing due to impacted ear wax on my ear drum. I couldn't hear for almost a week. But I have had this wax for more than 2 months. I tried everything at home to remedy my discomfort. Within 5 minutes in the chair, my wax was removed by irrigation, and it was painless! I'm so happy!

My ear canals are very difficult to fit. I tried hearing aids from another company without success. Dr Gainey took all the time required to get a good fit, and suggested I go with molds instead of domes, for a better and more secure fit. I am extremely satisfied with the fit and with the hearing aids. Dr Gainey and Brittany at the Glen Lakes location have always been prompt, professional and extremely courteous.
