Same day Covid test scheduled with no issue.staff very friendly and professional. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Well done!

Their location was very clean, and not crowded. The actual procedure was fast, and most important of all, painless. Only a slight tickle, and 2 seconds later it was over. I will go back any time I need a covid test.

I had a great visit at Men's Primary. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was resonable, I felt like i was in and out. The office and waiting room was clean and very comfortable.

This is my second time having to get a COVID test, and like my first visit, the second was quick and easy. The staff at the 183 location are super sweet, fast & thorough. They will see see anyone (male, female, other) and are LGBTQ+ friendly! Look no further.if you need a test for traveling or simply just to check yourself after symptoms arise, this is the place. Scheduling is quick and easy (just like the visit) and same day appts are available. Thank you, Total Men’s Care!:)

I have been going Total Men’s Primary Care for years now.

Everything from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors are exceptional.

I can’t say enough about how great the experience is here.

All I have to say is that it was the quickest and most painless visit to a doctor I've ever had! Thank you all for the awesome, quick, but still very attentive service! Had blood drawn and didn't even feel the stick! I'll definitely be recommending y'all!

Despite what the reviews say, the two visits I had were not a pleasant experience. The staff is more concerned with accounting for how much they will charge than for the patient's well-being.
None explained to me what I had and what was the cause of my discomfort, again, just worried about charging me and making the next appointment to charge me more.
They completely forget they are dealing with people

If you’re considering this then you must go for it. I’m about 3 months in and feel amazing compared to when I first walked in there. Appointments and timing is always super convenient and flexible. They make it affordable.

I went in as a walk-in appointment and was able to be seen almost immediately. The staff was also very friendly. I was seen by Uriel Torres and he was amazing! We had a conversation around my symptoms so he could properly diagnose me and explained to me what it was I had. He walked me thru what each medication he was prescribing was for and answered all my questions. Will definitely be coming back for any future medical needs.

Ivanna at the front desk was very friendly and professional, which is rare in the medical field in Austin!

I was a patient at ARC for more years than I can remember, rotating doctors, staff, I felt more like a “customer”. Then I found Total Men’s and it completely changed everything for me as a patient. From the moment I walk in Ivanna at the front desk welcomes me with a warm smile, checks me in, asks how my day has been, etc. Something small, but definitely a different experience than any other doctors office I have visited. The medical staff, Brenda and Lianne are always so pleasant and have a way of making you feel comfortable, in what is less face it, a doctor’s appointment that can be a bit uncomfortable. Mike Menza, PA, is extremely knowledgeable, never makes you feel like just another person who walks through the door. Takes the time to answer all your questions with a very personal and trusting approach. Total Men’s Primary Care, this staff, and the overall experience has completely changed my expectations of care providers! Keep up the great work, y’all are amazing!

Excellent Medical Assistants, excellent doctor; I recently changed insurance, so I was there for just a physical, and got treated like a king. Dr. Mike was very personable yet professional, and the facilities were very modern. No paperwork, just a computer terminal for me to fill things out! All in all, I was very impressed, and am happy to go back for my follow-up.

Awesome place! Loved the staff and the doc was great. Very helpful, nice, and clean! I will be using them as my primary care physician going forward.

Fast check-in. Convenient location and scheduling. Friendly staff. Ivanna and Brenda are always helpful if I need to alter an appt time or have any other questions.

Great experience. Went in for an annual physical. They spent quality time with me, answered all my questions, didn’t rush me out - like so many doctors do.

Accommodating: Came in today (Wednesday) to get a Rx filled, my appointment was for Friday (my mistake) and they were willing and able to get me in after 2 patients ahead of me no sweat.

Friendly: the staff was great, even though the scheduling error was my fault they didn't seem bothered by it and made sure that everything was good to go, couldn't ask for a better experience here!

Fast: Even with a last minute schedule change and 2 patients in front of me, I was in and out in less than an hour!

Professional: both of the front desk staff and Mike maintained a professional attitude geared toward my satisfaction!

Understanding: No one likes going to the doctor, especially for something so simple as a Rx refill and fighting to get a reasonable dose. Mike and I discussed options and surpassed my expectations!

Clean!: Small waiting area, but it was clean, didn't feel like a doctor's office. Felt more like a lounge with cold refreshments and snacks also had one of those instant coffee maker things like a Keurig (no one likes stale coffee).

Nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff.
