Total Men's Primary Care - South Congress, Austin TX

This is the most headache free doctor I've ever been to. Staff is great. Doc cares enough to pick up the phone when needed as well. Overall I couldn't be happier with Total Men's. Post Covid everything it seems is a massive headache they get you in they get you out. Doc is willing to talk to you like you're a real person and not some number on his chart. Glad I found this location. They've all been great but this one is my favorite. This practice really has their sh*t together.

First visit went great, fast and efficient. Tia was my nurse, she was very kind and good at her job!

Tia is a superstar. I had a tele-doc appointment at this location but needed to come in. It wasn't possible to really make it there on a Friday afternoon in traffic. Tia called me and worked to find me another location and time the next morning. What a wonderful human being!

Easy scheduling, friendly staff, nice waiting room and complimentary snacks. Knowledgeable and detail oriented PCP and Nurses… Modern healthcare should be easy and effective and total men’s does it right!

Small office, not a long wait and friendly staff. The Doctor was easy to talk to and really spent the time to work with my needs.

This is pretty much the best urgent care I’ve been to. Punctual, polite and clean. Would recommend.

This was my first time visiting a Total Mens clinic. Dr. Luke and the staff were wonderful, professional, and accommodating. Will definitely use more often moving forward.

The doctors and staff here are incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Calling to schedule a first time appointment was so easy and I was able to see a doctor in less than a week. There was no wait on the day of my appointment and they took the time to answer all of my questions. This is a great healthcare option for men in the Austin area who are looking to see a doctor quickly (or regularly) at a low cost.

Such a great environment, from the overall appearance, to the staff and the dr. My first time here and will definitely be returning here as my continued care provider.

I dig it. If you’re in a position where you have specialists but need easy primary care, see these folks. Easy to get in. Knowledgeable and they can refer you to specialists if you end up needing one.

Same day appointment. Quick and thorough. Everyone was nice and professional. Y'all should think about opening one in Manor or Elgin or both. Have a nice day.

The staff was very kind and got me into my appointment very quick. After the appointment, they sent my prescription almost immediately and I got to take a drink and snack for the way home. Definitely would recommend.

Front desk was very friendly and fast about the check in process. The doctor was nice, thorough and very considerate to my concerns about treatment. Excellent all the way around!

The Doctor I spoke to was very easy to talk to and ask a great deal of questions. He made sure to give me what I needed and listened to my concerns. He was also quick and prompt on seeing me and making sure my experience wasn’t dragged out.
