First time visiter, booked my husband an appointment just a few days ago and had the appointment today.
The lady at the front desk is kind, the nurse was kind, and the doctor was very personable, kind, listened to our concerns, and explained to us clearly what we should do next.
She was everything you want a Doctor to be.
Overall a pleasant experience.

It was a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the physician. She was responsive, listened, involved me in my care and asked me good questions.

My appointment went great. The offices were clean and there were free snacks so definitely a bonus. The nurse was nice and went over basic questions. The doctor came in a few minutes later and I told her what the issue was. She listened to me and we came up with a plan going forward. I would definitely recommend this office as they did a great job all around.

Great number one choice for your pcp It was great it was such a great wonderful experience with a knowledgeable medical team from start to finish everything went well glad I have chosen total men's care for my PCP provider in just two days xmy Condition with my skin rash and I do mean a nasty rash on hands feet face the fact my doctor went straight to what was causing it she ordered the right rx if you are contemplating where you should get great medical help park it here

The girls at the front desk were not very professional and lacked basic communication skills including the medical assistant. They need to be trained better. The medical assistant never introduced herself, she was a bit large girl with long breaded hair, she didn’t not even know how to draw blood. Overall it was a painful and unpleasant experience.

First time coming here and I can say that I had a great experience. All staff members were kind, respectful, and professional. The whole process of checking in and getting everything done was very swift as well. Great place for any man looking to stay on top of his health. Their snack bar has a good selection too.

Sabrea Robinson DNP, FNP-C, was excellent. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. I never felt rushed. I really felt like she was relatable and did a great job addressing my concerns. The entire staff was efficient and nice. I was in and out in no time. Very comfortable environment and i would definitely recommend this clinic and this
provider.

Very dissatisfied because I suppose to pick up my prescription and the doctor didn’t sent nothing at all. I depend on those pills

The staff was really nice and helpful. The front desk, the MA and provider was great! I do not really like to the doctor but this was a good experience.

By far the best experience I’ve had with a primary care physician! Office staff is wonderful! Medical assistant was awesome! The Physician was very informative and easy to talk to she even gave me information for what the next steps following my appointment would be. Total Men's primary care has great customer service my experience there was awesome. There reps at the front desk are professional an they care about you getting the best care as possible. They meet you with a bright pretty smile that just light the room up. An at that moment you no you are in good hands. Thus place is a blessing.
