I cannot agree any more with the poor reviews given, every time we call it is a disgusting service and attitude overall, you try asking for details for loads they do not like talking or giving details, and if you give an offer they give you the worst answers, one of them being JOY and Jake to name a few. They are very unprofessional, not even a greeting, I am shocked how they all treat us like this, and it has become such a disgusting industry thanks to brokers like these overall, not one person have I spoken to that has professionalism, please either train them to be educated or have new people in your company. PERIOD.

As a single truck owner operator I have been working with TQL off and on for about 10 years. Overall they have been my go-to broker and I've enjoyed working with many of their representatives and their customers. Adam Hose/Hose Trucking USDOT 1134871 MC 461447

They are the worst I read all the negative reviews but still worked with from time to time. The Brokers Jason and Bramden are big fat Liar. I pulled a load for them to the Bayport however neither broker did their home work. The BOL had the wrong drop location when I call about the wrong. They couldn't tell me where to drop causing me to oay to secure their products for the weekend. We I billed them the parking fee they said they couldn't accommodate me because I was late. Bayport verified they're inmate is 6am to 6pm I was there at 5: 05 pm.

I BEEN HOULING TOO MANY LOADS FROM. TQL. SINCE NOBORY WANTS TO WORK WITH ME BECAUSE I WAS A NEW CARRIER AND TQL WAS ONE OF THE BROKERS GIVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ME. SO, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT FROM TQL I RECOMMEND TQL FOR WORK WITH. THEY ARE A LITTLE CRASY BUT ITS OK. TODAY I BEEN CALLING THEM TO BOOK A LOAD AND EVERY THING LOAD THAT I CALLED FOR, IT BEEN COVERED LOL THEY ARE A GOOD GUYS

Listen to the reviews. Made the mistake of allowing them to quote for me once and they’ve been cold calling me weekly ever since. Clearly desperate for business because I’ve never had a good logistics company do this.

Please stay away from these people if you want to survive in the trucking industry I hauled loads for these guys and they won't pay me I sent signed POD's from the shipper and receiver alone with the confirmations for 3 loads they're telling that another carrier ran the loads so now I have a chargeback with my factors. This 1 star is only because the site forced me in order to post this review

I moved a trailer for TQL. 30 miles total for $250. I received an invoice from them for $3200 stating that since I was the last one to move the trailer I was responsible for NORMAL wear and tire of all trailer tires. When I spoke with upper management they said I should’ve did a pre trip inspection and let them know that the tires had NORMAL wear and tire before I moved it. This company is a joke and full of it to think I’m going to be responsible for their maintenance on a 30 mile move. Stay away from them!

Will lie to you and say thats the best rate they can do. Which is usually half of what they can give you or more. They were offering a load for $650 and i found the same load for $1350 with another brokerage the same day.

Be careful booking loads, they will send a rate confirmation and have it signed, but you could dead head 100+ miles and if they do not send the "driver instructions" they can cancel the load anytime. We booked a load @3PM and were told to be onsite the next morning 100+ miles away. Our driver was there onsite and they sent an email 11 minutes before pickup time and canceled and did not compensate or pay for dead head. Stay away, very unprofessional. Wish we could give no stars for this review.

Do yourself a favor and use another freight company to move your items. I have used this company for years (worse mistake ever) and always would have issues with them every few months, but somehow they used excuses and blame coworkers for it. Always claiming they would provide freight at costs to help rectify the issue, but at the end of the day these quotes were no less than what SAIAS and others would charge. The biggest issue with this company is communication. The other issue is bait and switch. TQL quotes you one thing and later invoices you without communicating more than what was quoted. You are better off making opening an account with the trucking companies they use and go direct to avoid the headaches with these guys. Their employee turn around rate is insane so I assume the work environment is horrible there and is why you see so many issues with quotes, communication, quality, etc. I will be submitting a complaint with BBB and FMCSA - I recommend others with complaints do the same.

I went to San Antonio. The incorrect address I asked for 50 dollars because it was far from the original. They didn't pay me. I go to San Antonio at 6: 30 a.m. The appointment is for 10 a.m. I left the paperwork and they told me in our system it's at 2 p.m. Ok. I put pressure on, I speak with two very kind Ladies and they call me as soon as I go to the office. I'm afraid I'll have to waste time filling the diesel reefer. And also I'll lose more time to wash the container and make sure it's impeccable. Rude unfriendly people and nothing professional. But I will deliver the trailer tomorrow at the post 2 days for 1100 to san antonio and Freeport tx. I am overflowing with joy that I never work for them no matter how negative my future situation is. I would never recommend it.to nobody.

TQL is constantly calling and checking on my location and yet I always have problems with shippers and receivers. If they could concentrate on more reliable and correct information than the location it would be much more efficient.

Stay away from TQL they have lots of loads, but they always low-ball carriers, they try to partial everything to keep more money to them. We did a load for them last month and when we called, they said it was a partial it ended up being a full load with tracking according to the Rate Confirmation we made it to the shipper with another load on our trailer and he was really mad he told us that we paid $3000.00 for truck so it could be exclusive use and they only pay us $1200.00, they take advantage of carriers STAY AWAY FROM THEY OR YOUR COMPANY WILL GO BROKE SOON.

I am with Acquired Principles LLC, I was booking a load today to Portland Oregon came to an agreement the guy says “my computer froze bare with me” he put me on hold for over an hour and never came back. Called off another phone and he booked the load with someone else. I’ve been trying to book loads with you guys for two weeks and nothing but excuses. Poor business altogether.

I've never done business with this company, but I will say it's easily the last one I would ever call for service. I've grown sick and tired of answering the same questions from their incessant cold-calling for the last several months. I've asked to be removed from their call list once the caller ID became familiar, but it just doesn't stop. I've been as polite as possible until recently. Now I just answer, tell them not to call back, and hang up.

I'd recommend not sharing an email address to "be added to their do not call list. " It'd just give them one more avenue to spam you.

It is a great team of nice professionals. TQL is a broker that is always very pleasant to work with.
