Total Wine & More, Plano TX

This was my first trip to Total Wine and More. They have a large selection of wines, beers, and, spirits, and even have samples of a few beers available to try. I went with my dad who had a gift card that he got from work, and we bought a six pack of N/A Heineken for me, and a 12 pack of Stella Artois in bottles. It was a good trip, a short drive from my home on Preston Rd. I'm definitely going to return in the future.

Love, love, love this place. They were out of Eagle rare but they have everything else waaaay cheaper than any of the other liquor stores around here

THIS IS AN ALCOHOLIC PARADISE, IF YOU CAN'T FIND HERE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, YOU WON'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU ASK FOR ANYTHING AND THE STAFF SEEMS TO KNOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS AND WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.

Just ask. If you have questions or get overwhelmed easily, just ask. I have never gotten a bad recommendation from any of the staff!

I could spend hours in there, but the staff, a little over bearing. I had the same guy following me in every aisle the whole time there. It was a little much. Not a very welcoming environment just my onion.

I ordered online. I arrived after I got the email saying it was ready. It took a little longer to pick up than I expected.

Not very helpful even when it's dead and only a handful of customers. Went in there around 8: 20 and walked around for 20 minutes with not even a single greeting! No one was helping me. One guy actually looked down the aisle and asked another lady if she needed help (she said no) but didn't even ask me who was farther down. I asked one guy who was on the lift about a red wine and he said it was "over there". I actually went up the counter and another worker looked it up and said they didnt even HAVE it. He didnt even bother to ask if there was anything else or another suggestions. Just we dont have it and walked away.

Who doesn't love this store? ! Knowledgeable staff, good indication. Lots of varieties, from hard-core to amateur, you can't go empty handed, good place to buy gift for partying.

Really appreciate how all the associates are quick to check stock, look for cases, and make sure you're taken care of. Every time I walk in someone manages to stop me to discuss my tastes and potentially make a recommendation. This location definitely has some of the best employees.

I love total wine! Their selection is HUGE, and the staff are eager to help! I've attended some of their wine tastings to learn more, and they are very informative. It was a great way to start a Saturday night! They have a good selection of gifts and gift bags, some quirky and some more formal. Definitely our favorite liquor store!

Total Wine is my go to spot for adult beverage runs. They have a large selection and variety of alcohol and the staff are always willing to help you find anything you're looking for, make suggestions, or help in any way they can. Not to mention, the pricing is typically more competitive than other places.

If you are looking for wine this a great place to look. However, if you are looking for beer they do have a good selection but a lot of it is out on shelves at room temperature and under fluorescent lights which reacts with the hop oils and results in a skunk oder. They should care for the beer as well as they do wine.

Choice Overload! If you’re indecisive, stay away, there are so many choices it’s mind boggling. If you’re looking for something specific then ask because if you just start looking you’ll end up buying much more than you planned. Great selection, Reasonable prices

Great selection of craft beers as well as mass produced beer. Wine selection is unbelievable! The staff seems very knowledgeable about the different wines. The liquor section is well marked to aid you in finding want.

Best place to buy your alcohol in Plano. Has a huge collection of wine, scotch, whiskey, beer and everything in between. Also has Indian rum and scotch. I'll be in the store Everytime I buy alcohol

I was going in to pick up 2 items before the game 1/12/19, Moscato and Chivas Regal. Before making it to the register I sampled a wine and a bourbon (which i'm not usually a fan of). Let's just say I left with more than 2 items. The young lady giving out samples of the Not Your Father's Bourbon with a hint of vanilla was AWESOME!
