Wonderful and knowledgeable staff that seem like they genuinely want to help you find what you are looking for.

What's the point of having employees if they don't work? They just stand around and look at you weird if you have a question. They'll give you some random answer. Specs has better employees at the current moment.

Total Wine pricing is really great and beats out many, if not all other stores! Aside from pricing and a HUGE selection, their customer service is always top notch. Love shopping here.

This place is awesome. Great prices on beverages. Excellenr selections of wine, whiskey, champagne, vodka, scotch, beer, etc. High end selection at great prices. Also, if you're on a budget they have a great selection that doesn't taste like it's cheap. They have great gifts, gift bags and helpful and friendly staff. I like this place much better than Specs. Massively more options, better prices and cleaner.

I don't even like alcohol all that much, but I look for an excuse to ship here. Total Wine has upgraded the liquor market in Houston for the better!

Okay location. Dingy lighting and the staff aren't engaging enough to feel comfortable asking questions. For this place, you'll have to roam freely with no direction.

Prices better than Spec's has more selection also and nice inside. The only place that sells my favorites.

There is no other liquor store in Texas that can complete with total wines. Best prices and selection.

Worst Total Wine experience I have ever had in the United States of America. None of the employees knew anything about the craft beer there. It took 15 minutes for someone to come and assist me and when someone came they knew absolutely NOTHING about beer. I guess this how Houston treats out of towners.
