This store has everything you need from wine, liquor, beer, and snacks. It is a one stop shop. I enjoyed visiting staff are super helpful and nice. I would recommend visiting this store. Prices are reasonable, experience was great, and I found items that I couldn't find at regular grocery or spirit stores. There were plenty of staff to help out. The layout was great as well. It was easy to navigate through the isles and locate the different items that we were looking for.

The Total Wine & Beverage shop, beautiful spacious design, the wine storage and displays are thoughtful neat & clean, the floor Assistance was over the top at this particular location the young lady was, Wow! On It great experience prices are the best!

I love shopping here, the fact that small kids are allow in is really awesome! It’s a big store, very spacious, friendly staffs members. And they have wine/beer sampling each time I go to shop here. LOVE IT! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Awesome, and also thanks to lily, for serving my mother and I and answering our questions!

So many choices! Its like Toys R'Us for big kids! Fair prices, awesome selection and lots of hard to find and rare labels.

Taste testing on Friday.sample select wines and spirits in the store. The sommelier was very knowledgeable about the selection of red wines.

I have never had an issue with customer service at this location or even returning a product because of a quality issue. The staff is knowledgeable but JT stands out on knowledge when it comes to the Whiskeys and Bourbons portion of the store. If you are looking to be educated on a particular Whiskey/Bourbon or need some direction on what to get, ask for JT.

Put a keg on “hold”, was told it had our name on it so it wouldn’t be sold. Next day we call to see if we can pick it up plus another one and they SOLD the one that was on “hold”.
Why say you’re going to hold it if you’re really not? We went in person and everything. Waste of time and a huge inconvenience.

Soooo we’re keg-less last minute and have to take our business to Spec’s. Who IS going to hold the kegs for us.

Overpriced products and incompetent staff. Just because it looks like a warehouse doesn't mean the prices are good.
Rewards program is a joke. You will never get to use your rewards so don't bother. Well, unless you enjoy spam emails.

Total wine has a good selection of wines and liquor. If you cant find what you're looking for you can always check online. Thry have wine tasting from time to time as well as classes. It's worth going and trying out.

For some reason, people think the prices are good because it looks like Costco. The craft beer prices were higher than anyplace I have ever seen. Despite the size, the selection was very limited if you are looking for Belgians, Weissbiers, Porters.or anything other than IPA's and Imp Stouts.

I called yesterday, was told by employee they had a tequila I was looking for - I then drove out of the way today and they didn't have it! Incompetence is an understatement

This place was large. The selections were just okay. The service was just okay. The prices were not very competitive. Not really worth the drive.

Awesome place but what might be even better is the people who work there. Every time I visit I an always offered help and they gave amazing suggestions. Their prices are the best and their selection is second to none. Sign up for the membership for additional savings and rewards. Just bought an amazing tropical drink that was sampled today called "Kinky Aloha". Imagine Hawaii, now imagine you're drinking Hawaii. That's what it tastes like. I also bought a Pineapple Tequila that I'm excited to try. I sampled that too. You have to stop by on Saturdays. The only "con" of you want to call it that is that you'll want to buy the entire store. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

My husband and I love this place. Prices are affordable. But I never see the staff on the floor. When I have a question.

Placed an online order and paid for it. Bur when I picked it up, one of the items was no longer available and had to be refunded. Poor inventory control

Big store with a lot to choose from, but staff is rude.can’t even explain their “policy” without giving a bad attitude.

I asked the woman to show me a meritage wine. She kept showing me red blends that had zinfandel or Syrah. I pointed out the difference between the two styles which she became flustered. All the supposed wine knowledge and not even one person on Thursday evening understood the difference.
People pretending to understand wine until you call them on their bluff.

They have any kind of alcohol that you are looking for. Great samples and if they make a recommendation and you do not like it you can bring it back.

Great place for wine! A plethora of selections. You can find anything you want. Five stars for that! But their customer service is lacking at best. When I asked for help, I was passed off to someone else who was in a hurry and not interested in service with a smile. When we checked out, I had a coupon for $5 off. The cashier asked me to brighten my screen and I inadvertently lost the coupon. Oh well! Too bad for me. Great place as long as you don’t have questions or coupons that need a brighter screen.
