Always a big selection. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're always worth asking for suggestions.

I tried to find someone to help as I went through the aisles trying to find what I needed. Getting through the aisles was a challenge because evidently restocking is more important than customers. Every other aisle was blocked with machines, boxes and other paraphernalia. After a half hour I gave up trying to find what i need and went to customer service. The girl there was very nice but totally clueless about stock.
Over all not a pleasant experience. Next time I'll wait until I can get to Goody Goody.

The selection is crazy. We actually went to Christmas shop for my family (a few like a nice bottle instead of a gift), and had a ton of options. It took a minute to find the best option, but was helpful having so many choices. Also, the staff is awesome!

These guys really need to rethink their rewards program. As a grand reserve level member I have little incentive to keep shopping here. This is because the allocated bottles I am after like stagg jr, weller 107, eagle rare, eh taylor, and midwinter night dram are all put out on the shelf as first come first serve. Problem with this is that people with relationships with distributors or other individuals know exactly when to show up to grab their one bottle and that's it. I'd love to see the average points for the customers who purchase the shelf allocations. From the store down the street I've gotten ten times the good bottles Ive recieved here. They either need to stop shelf allocating and save those for grand reserve raffles, or give everyone a heads up via social media when they are releasing allocations to make it more fair. They do have periodic grand reserve raffles for good bottles but there are limited quantities and numerous times I've recieved nothing. As of right now, my opinion is that grand reserve rewards are not worth the cost and until the structure is changed, I am going to stop pursuing it. Granted this feedback is more for the franchise and not the individual store but they need to reflect and adjust to take care of their volume customers.

It's the best liquor store for variety and I users of public transportation. Checkout is fast they also have curbside pickup.

I was looking for something in particular and I found it instantly, with help of a Young Man, great place & great service!

Robert was so kind and helpful! He helped me find my intended gift for my dad and even directed me to a gift I hadn’t even thought of. We were also greeted by another employee who passed us. Finally, the girl at the checkout was super friendly and kind. This is why I continue to love and return to Total Wine. Y’all always have the best service with the nicest people. Not to mention I always find what I need plus more! I trust the Total Wine brand and will continue to be a customer and avid fan. Keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s working!

Got to grab the Japanese blended whisky when they arrive. Shibui malt 10 year at 140. Wont ladt. The unwanted grain will still be available.

Great place to go shop for all your needs, they even have stops to taste their wines on certain days and hours.

Store is well organized, clean, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint was that the first staff associate I talked to pointed me in the wrong direction for mead. However they have one of the most extensive selection of mead I've seen in the US and made my day.

Staff is mostly friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Specials are a bit deceptive & do not apply to most of their inventory making this place overpriced. Checkout staff couldn’t care less.

Great customer service. A favorite place to buy alcohol. Clean, fully stocked, great staff. Definitely will be back. Absolutely check it out!

Horrible experience! Managers rude and rude! To put me out of the store when I made a simple complaint. I wasn't combative.very humiliating!

If you are looking for the best selection and prices, look no further. They also make it so convenient to place a large order online and simply drive up to pick up. However, if you have the time to browse the aisles, I highly suggest making use of the employees who will recommend great wines in any price range. The space is so large that it can be overwhelming at first, but it also means that they have everything. The staff and management are so incredibly helpful, and you can often get samples to see what you like! Total Wine can simply be a destination of its own! When I needed a special anniversary gift, a 15 year scotch, they were so incredibly helpful and did not push the most expensive on me. They truly expressed what they thought would be best! Love!

Compared to specs, goody goody or any other place to get your liquor, this place is great, always clea, friendly and easy to find what I need.

My first time there.managers very very rude! And the main manager refuse to let me check out. I was only telling him when I come in to the store and need help finding something the workers should be more helpful. He told me because I was shopping for and instacart customer they didn't have to help me find anything. Absolutely unacceptable and I will contact higher. Insulting me in front of other customers and I was not combative like he said.

Always a great place to find what you are looking for and find new options as well.
Customer service was very good at this spot.
Prices as expected were pretty good.
