I'm not going to my local liquor store anymore this place is the best! They have anything and everything you want and need I felt like a kid in a candy store you can tell it was my first time stopping here they have the best customer service with the most knowledgeable ppl working there they'll take right to what you're looking for and if they don't have it they'll tell you immediately and will suggest the next best thing definitely worth the stop

They have a great selection of everything here, and it's lots more than wine. There's a good variety of the small size bottles that are great to get for tasting and with fun flavors.

My wife and I love going in to pick up the usual stuff but also for discovering new items. The staff are always awesome with both!

I've been a Total Wine customer for many years. I first discovered Total Wine when I lived in Virginia, but when I moved back to Austin I was so excited to see them here. Unfortunately I've found that most people don't realize Total Wine isn't just a wine store. They have a huge liquor and beer selection in addition to wine. They also usually have the best prices by far. The staff here at the Sunset Valley location is always helpful, friendly and smiling. They are more than happy to make recommendations to you and I have always found them knowledgeable. The store is clean, well lit, and well laid out. It's so much better than many liquor stores I have seen.

The customer service is so amazing it got me here to writing this one of few review of mine. There was an issue with a delivery and when I called it was handled greatly beyond the point I was expecting. I came into the store, the employee remembered my name, helped me right away, and even provided a little extra for the trouble. Especially in times like this, it is hard to find that level of service and empathy toward a customer. That is why this store will become my first go-to for liquor purchases. Truly outstanding!

Always have an employee that Can help wth any questions. And Always have some one that can help. Never short of employees. And never have had we don't have it because of covet. And that is unheard of now a days.

Helpful staff. Came in for a bottle of whiskey for my dad's birthday. He normally drinks Seagrams 7 but I always like to get him something nice for holidays. The employees were so knowledgeable, fun fact, I didn't know Seagram's was 75% vodka. The employee was great and found me a bottle in my price range. The tasting were nice, multiple booths set up with a large selection. If it's alcohol chances are they have it.

Staff is very helpful, went to find a specific plum wine and was immediately lost walking in (1st timer), an employee saw the stress in my search and showed me the way. Also, the pink bottle is delicious, creamy smooth taste (served chilled). The blue was not for me, more of a spicy herb taste.

A large selection, courteous staff willing to assist, answer questions and even provide insightful recommendations to expand your drinking palette. To top it off, always the best prices in town.

Depends on who you're dealing with The upfront staff seems to be spot on some of the staff in back and depending on warehousing are not quite so spot on but overall you can wait a little while but we'll get her done be blessed.

Great selection. Good prices without the pay cash gimmick at their rival. Their rewards program is cool too.
