Good selection, helpful people, prices are what you'd expect.store was clean. But the parking lot can be a disaster, very full and people driving too fast.

I love these stores, I just wish they were in Oklahoma, this is the second one I've been to around Plano. The stores are so big, I haven't been all the way thru one yet. The prices are really great and the selection is outstanding. I would really like to sample some of the wines, I've walked right around where they sample but I don't know how to go about getting someone to ask if I would care to sample any yet. I clean houses for a living and may not look like I'm important after I get off work and go there. Today I walked by two cashier's because they were talking to each other and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered. The third young lady was where she was supposed to be. She was very nice and friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for a wide range of selections or a great rare bottle of your favorite they've got you covered. I bought a bottle of bourbon for my brother it was this awesome wooden cask thing that held the bottle. He LOVES it.

David was extremely kind to me and a friend (love him), a lot of the other employees were very rude while we were just asking questions.

This place has everything! I love the selection and samples. The staff is friendly and the prices are good. One of my favorite for gifts and "supplies"

Love the vast selection and helpful service. Found exactly what I was looking for. Someone had.to climb.a. Ladder to get additional stock and they were so accommodating.

Lots of wine and liquor. The craft beer selection is a joke tho. Hazy IPAs should not be stored on open shelves in the warmth. Very small selection of old IPAs in the coolers.

It's like Disneyland for adults! They have a huge selection and often samples! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Hello, my friends and I came from New York, stopped not far from your liquor store. Three of us went into the store and chose what we wanted to buy, we were asked to show the ID, we showed the ID, but one of us had the ID in the car in the hotel parking lot. We were asked to bring the original ID of a friend, or they said that they would not sell the product within 24 hours. We went to the hotel and it is about 1 km away and returned with a friend's ID, but you still decided not to sell us the product. Why then does he say that the original ID is required and make you go to the hotel and tells us that we will not sell you come tomorrow? It seemed to me that you do not like visiting people, and do not value clients. You could explain the ID situation in more detail and not make you waste time and go to your store twice. I will raise your rating to 2 stars just because you served us on 3 attempts. Remember clients should not be offended and guests should be met well. The question also arises why the product was sold for the third time.

Really good selection as expected, the employees on the floor are nice but most of them have a hard time answering the simplest questions regarding booze.

Tremendous selection compared to the other stores I've frequented in Dallas. The staff is professional and kind. Better selection of Spanish riojas than I've seen at any other store by far.

Also, it was much more organized and nicely kept, labels being accurate etc. Great work

All I had to do was use the bathroom and they denied the person I was with service because I was underage even though I wasn’t buying alcohol and they where, she asked for my ID even though I wasn’t buying alcohol and didn’t have any alcohol or intention of getting it, and just trying to leave

Had what I wanted and no one else around did. I drove from Aubrey to get it. Very helpful staff looked up my order from one store to the other to find the inventory and was able to tell me which isle and on which shelf to find it. Very happy!

I wanted to give a shout out to Gabriel at this location! He is AMAZING at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, passionate and energetic. Gabriel assisted my fiancé and I pick out the perfect lineup for our wedding! He listened to our likes and dislikes and pulled the best options. He also helped us taste them and kept us WAY under budget. Thanks Gabriel!

The staff here is soooo nice and they’re able to make good recommendations for beginners. There’s so many options to choose from at great prices.

Excellent beer selection. Local, Texas, Mexican, and The World. Every store is arranged a little differently. Which I find very annoying. But.the quick solution to finding your product is their mobile app. Open it the store with location on and it will prompt you to click on "Enter Store Mode". Search for products or ask one of the people in the white shirts! Always very helpful. Good prices too! Winery direct tags will introduce you to great vineyards you've never tried before.
