Total Wine & More, Humble TX

I could walk around and find treasures for gifts. Love this store. Excellent customer service. I wish they would go wholesale for bar owners.

The store manager Brandon is a racist and being very rude. My friend and I wanted to purchase the wiskey which has the limit for one per customer. Brandon opened the glass shelf and gave us only one when we told him we needed two for each. Then he lied to us that was the only one. We pointed out that there are some more in the box and he said you are only getting one and left. He just made the assumption that we are collecting it because we are not native American. We negotiated at the register and complained about him being so rude and racist. Brandon saw us and came to instruct the checkout lady that we are cut off. We wanted to see the regional manager and one of the other managers said we are considered two customers if paid via two transactions. We finally got what we wanted. But the store manager Brandon is the worst guy I've ever met at any store I've been shopped in. We will get this information to the regional manager.

I come here all the time so here I go with my review, just being honest the managers are incompetent, not all of them Chris is nice too a few ladies there are always helpful but one in particular I think her name is Sumer. She is sweet and helpful always smiling. I've been coming here awhile yrs and I hope she gets higher position because she is very ppl friendly and Manager material this is just my opinion! I swear if she leaves ever I will shop else where n all my friends and family too! Lol
I wish I can just give her 5 stars n not the store I hope Corporate office sees this!

I gave this 4 stars a while back but going to edit to 3. Last 2 visits there were some rough people in there, even people trying to steal, and the line was really long. Waiting 10 minutes to check out isn't fun. I updated to 2 stars. Again not enough cashiers and they are slow. Mine today spent half the time in her apple watch

They have what I need most of the time. The employee Sumer is great, she goes out of her way to make sure you get the item you were looking for! Thanks again!

This is my favorite place to go to for alc. Love this store, the staff is always courteous and helpful.

Helpful people. Huge array of options. Very clean. Has humidor for cigars and employees knowledgeable in wine. Great prices, too!

Good prices if your able to get them to

Did the sip and snack tasting class today. Steven and Calvin were our teachers and they had great energy, were very informative. Some of the wines were a higher temperature than desired and the snacks were slightly stale by the time we got to taste them. Maybe in the future the snacks could be distributed at the same time as the wine that way they stay fresh in the bag. Otherwise, really fun and yummy class!

They let me in 2 minutes before close and did not rush me out, amazing service always loved total wine not to mention met a gentleman that offered a suggestion of vodka to me and MAN was it great and not that pricy either

Once you visit a Total Wine & More, you won't want to go to the other liquor stores. This is the Rolls-Royce of spirit establishments. They even have a cigar section so you can grab a stogie to accompany you scotch. A+ business.

Staff is always knowledgeable & helpful on selections.

Wonderful place to for all types of spirits and the wine selection is out of this world everyone is friendly and can steer you to the right direction I personally have tried all of their recommendations from the staff if you don’t know what you want you will find it here the cigar options are just as good as a cigar shop if not better

I looked online to verify they had what I wanted before going & I was able to get it. Store was full with only 2 lanes open, but that's the norm now. Lol

Great selection, but sometimes we have to wait to get them to bring liquor down or from the back.

Great staff! Always joyful and helpful. Great selections and best prices in town! I love I can go to California and Texas and find this establishment in my home towns. Now if we could get a Wine & More in Kona! (I wish) this place has it going on!

Very nice wide selection of drinks. It's like Christmas time for adults year round. Always like trying new beer n whiskey. I recommend

Excellent Selection of each variety of liquor, coupled effectively & efficiently with mixers and coupling ideas. Additionally, many of the floor associates will gladly guide you thru the store based on your "moods & interests". Often introducing you to a new player at a lower price *leaving you room for those little complementary add-ons*
