Total Wine & More, Plano TX

Total Wine has everything. It's the Central Market of liquor stores. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

1st knew about this place when we serviced them as a customer. I like the fact they got a rewards program and offer curb side pick up for when your in a rush. They have a good selection like Specs and beverage Depot which I also shop at. Definitely would recommend.

I only shop here once a year for champagne and that's mainly because I never feel welcome in this store. The only reason I gave them another chance today was because I was close to this particular location and didn't want to make the drive to a better liquor store. From now on, I will be making the extra effort to avoid this franchise in the future. There's a million employees stalking the aisles but the moment you need help or have a question they are nowhere to be found. When you eventually find an employee, they act like you're bothering them. They seem to reserve their better treatment for older, whiter folks. They are always "out" of a very popular champagne with a yellow label. Frankly, they purposefully make sure it's unavailable this time of year so you will buy other champagne/more expensive champagne/their champagne. Go to a Mom and Pop liquor store instead of this national chain; you'll have a much better experience.

Total Wine is hands down my favorite place to get alcohol. The staff are all helpful and ready to offer suggestions.

A lot of wines but no specialities likes a German Blueberry wine although they have some blueberry flavored wines but not actual blueberry

Bought a 4 pack of craft beer, when I got home the beer inside was different from what the 4 pack was labeled. Very disappointed will not return.

They have everything. It's less expensive than most places and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Go see Louis whether you need a big cab or a single malt. His knowledge of the products he sells is unmatched. We come from almost an hour away just to have him guide us on our Scotch whisky purchases and end up saving money because of their low prices. It’s easily worth the drive.

Huge selection and free wine tastings everyday from ~1p - 7pm, Fridays they have free wine, beer, and liquor tastings

Very large selection of wines and liquors. I like the sample sizes too to try out. They have a big enough selection that you should be able to find anything you need

The best place to go to for adult beverages, very large variety, friendly staff and the best Prices

Lots of big box brands from the US, but not a lot of what I would consider smaller wineries especially Washington/Oregon wines. California heavy. Good selection of European wines but still not quite broad enough to find the grape I was looking for and it's not small. Still there is something for everyone and the prices are good.

Great! No, fantastic prices on a large selection of spirits and wine. Some of the BEST customer service around. I go out of my way to shop at Total Wine and More because of the friendly helpful staff and the great prices & selection.

My husband and I really like this store. Every time we shop here, the store is neat and clean. We can always find an associate to help us.
