Cancelled my appt right when i walked in they could not get me a pedi that i had an appt for went to basset mall instead in and out in 30 mins guess ill be going there instead.

I have been a client of touch day spa for some time. I’ve had massages by Jessica, mani /pedi by Alana and they are the best! I recently took my 91 year old aunt in for a mani /pedi and they all treated her like a queen! They offer a variety of services.

Today I took my mom to get her hair dyed, we were recommended to go with a girl named April. But as soon as April saw my mom, she denied service because she said "I don't work with black hair" she was very rude to my mom and very unprofessional of her. This will be the last time I take my mom with April, this was very disappointing and we were also told that she's the only hair stylist they have with them.

Pretty bad Brazil wax. Missed a bunch of spots, didn’t even check it and walked out right away. No care, just quick 5 min without even talking with me. Also, the menu says that they’re $55, but they charged me 80? Not even for a full Brazil wax?

Edit: the response by the owner is wrong. All lies, I was not informed, neither did I ask for that. Seems like the owner cannot handle criticism, as other bad reviews have the same type of response. Be aware, and be careful everyone.

Always have availability for walk ins and provide courteous service. Pricing is very reasonable and have monthly specials.

First time having a professional massage. I'm going to have to go to my DR. It's started a pain I've never had previously. And it's been terrible.

Got a deep tissue massage, focused on the issue spots, shoulders and neck, really well done. You could tell she has some technique and cares about providing a good service. Spa looks great as well. Definitely recommend.

Massage Therapist Does whatever she wants, NOT What you asked her to. She Applies Way too Much Pressure. She Massages your Feet for 10 minutes, your Whole Head for 15 minutes. NOT everyone LIKES or need her Feet Touched. If they asked you for Specific areas to worked at. Listen to Customers. FIRST, Tracey the Massage is NOT at All Relaxing But PAINFUL. Don't want to get a Head Massage. You do the same Massage, over & over. Is NOT what you want to do. BUT, what the Customer Needs. YAMEL is my Alias Name, Indeed I communicated to Tracey BEFORE SHE STARTED the Massage. IS NOT the First time She doesn't Listen.

Pedicures are awsome. Especially if you get Melissa. Although all girls do a good job. Management are so kind and helpful. Really try to work you in even if you don't have an appointment. Been going there since it opened. Never a disappointment.

I love this place, I booked a party for my friend’s birthday and they gave us excellent service. I had my nails done and I can tell you, April is awesome, she is kind and attentive and knows what she is doing. Kudos for her

The staff here is great! They are professional, friendly, and always make sure you have a great experience. The place is always clean.

Very affordable, great service. The girls know what they are doing. Pedicure was great. I went somewhere else and it was a joke. Love the service at touch discount.

Touch isn't a fancy, expensive place, but they do a good job with the services I've had. I've been coming here for a few years now for waxing, massages, and sometimes pedicures.

The only reason I gave it a four star is for the fact that I love my Brazilian waxes done by Vicky! She is the best not to mention the sweetest & very professional at her job! I would of literally gave it a one star due to the rudeness of front desk which are the owners of this place! As a business owner myself I would never act this way towards anyone that came into our business! Never do I ever feel welcoming until I actually see Vicky!

My Daughter & I love to go get our mani - pedi 's at Touch Day Spa. The staff is awesome & so welcoming. They do a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Went for my sister's birthday for a basic massage and a pedicure! Had a great person who took great care! I tucked her card away or I'd write it here! Will have to edit later. She did a great job on my toe nails. I had a very relaxing message. We had only a small wait while they got everything prepped.

Very disappointed.bad quality nails yet charged for every single thing. I went in for fills and i was charged an additional charge for a "soak off" only because I had gel previously. Even though I was charged an additional fee for a "soak off" my old nail color can still be seen. My nails have a lot of divots and ate nor smooth, one of my nails is even crooked. I had a pedicure done and was bleeding from how my cuticles were cut. My daughter had a mini pedi and was told she old out her shoes back on and ruined her nail polish. Would not recommend and will not go back.
