18Apparently due to problems with personnel, I received THREE texts this morning, each with a different arrival time. It was only when I received a call that I had a firm arrival time. Also, although I was told to be there an hour before my appointment, the text system says to be there 30 minutes beforehand.
Great experience with this location. The paperwork was filled out two days prior to the actual appointment on line. Fast and efficient service. Everyone was very kind and friendly from the receptionist to the technicians. Thank you.
Touchstone downtown Dallas at 411 Washington were courteous timely and the Radiology Tech who did my x-rays was excellent and kind
Took 30 minutes to fill out the intake form on the tablet, absolutely ridiculous that my 77 year old grandmother is expected to figure that out herself when it could have been a 5 minute process if they would just taken a copy of her insurance and DL & give her a 10 question form on actual paper. Get better WiFi, send the intake out via email before the appointment, but it needs to be fixed for the elderly that aren’t tech savvy.
The Staff assistance was terrific. I was late for my appt. They assisted me with getting registered in. It was an experience I shall not soon forget. Everything went smoothly.

Dye was shot in the wrong place. They didn't know until I told them it felt like my right leg was going to explode. Everyone was nice, but I sure don't want to go through all this again. I have to though, no imaging means no surgery
A really well trained, professional staff! From making the appointment, to checking in, to having the procedure done…it was all a pleasurable experience!
I went to have some MRI's and yes your staff was good and I made it to my appointment before time. I paid my bill of $120.00 and I asked was that all that I needed to pay, and the receptionist said yes and now I have a charge of a $150.00 on my credit. And I don't know or understand why because I have medicare and medicaid insurance, please help me with this situation, because this causing me to have this on my credit as delinquent!
Don’t go here unless you have absolutely no other choice! Seriously save yourself the stress!
It took 3.5 hrs to get 1 MRI done because the office including office manager can’t figure out how to get correct paperwork from another doctors office. Paperwork I was told by the office manager was received and cleared a few weeks ago when we came the 1st time for the MRI and waited more than 2 hours!
After I was involved it took 1/2 to get correct details but office manager still wasn’t able to resolve anything. Had to get the managers manager (Christy) involved to get the MRI done.
Technician was great. Ridiculous to have to show up 30 minutes early because their pad software is ancient and slow.

Everything was awesome with exception of I was told to wait on my disk of CT scan and the technician left and forgot me I had to go find someone to help me so it took 2 hrs get disk.
Turn key process. My tech was knowledgable and set my mind at ease. Front desk was efficient. Location easy with free parking even though near Baylor
Was also impressed with their EMR. I filled out the paperwork quickly online and they did not have me do anything but pay in office
They called wanting me in 30 minutes early to fill out paper that took five to fill out and the rescheduled the second half of mri three hours later at another location so their staff member told e early
I book all my imagining thru the Touchstone location at Tom Landry center. Their staff is outstanding—very professional and helpful, but so kind, funny, and easy to be around, makes you feel welcome and seen, which is a Huge plus when you have chronic health issues to manage, and often a lot of imaging. They get you in & out in a very timely manner, keep you informed throughout the process, and make every step as enjoyable as it can be. Major props to Anita up front…she’s more than 50% of the reason I always book at this location, and we’d all be blessed to interact with someone like Anita during our day. Can’t recommend the staff and this location highly enough!
The location at 411 Washington Ave is the best location! The reason? Ms Anita and Mr Bob. It is the ONLY location I go to and it is because of them!
