Flower Mound location: Very disappointed, they should not even get a 1 star. Very bad overall experience.
I had my appointment this Saturday morning (6/26/21) at 8: 00 am for which I had to fast. When I got in there were others who were waiting however, there was no receptionist, no radiologist no one from the staff. We tried calling, tried all extensions but no answering machine or answering service. We all got tired of waiting and left wondering who unlocked the doors and why is the whole facility unattended.
I called their main customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes. I called Lewisville location spoke with Miranda to see if I can come in but I was put on hold for another 10 minutes, I hung up as I was hungry and frustrated.
What way to start Saturday morning.

Today, Saturday, I got to Touchstone by 7: 55am. I left at 8: 45am because no one who works there had shown up. I called and left a message. It is 10am and no one has called me back. I called just now and no one has shown up yet. I will call my doctor who referred me to NEVER use this company again.

Inconsiderate of your time. Typical doctors office timing. They tell you to show up early for your appointment at 7: 15 but the staff does t even start pulling in the parking lot until 7: 30. Totally in considerate. Select a better company.

Everyone there was really great and very helpful. I was in and out in no time at all. When I called them several months later to ask a question about the imaging that I had done, they were just as helpful and sweet on the phone.

Drank 2 bottles of the nasty berium for a stomach scan and as I’m pulling into the parking lot, Touchstone calls to tell me that my ins requires an ultrasound first! Why wouldn’t touchstone confirm all of the details the day prior or at least a few hours prior to the procedure? I had to fast & drink that awful stuff for nothing!

Waiting for an hour only to find out the MRI was broken. Heard technician say he didn’t know how to fix the problem but I will try to power the device and reboot. This is really unnerving for me, I am familiar with MRI machines and understand how powerful they are. Not to be taken lightly and not to be maintained by inept staff. They should have immediately called the the toll free number on the machine and relayed the fault that was given and received the correct diagnosis and corrective action. Waited 2+ hours for a 10 minute chest x-ray. Ridiculous! I will find another place that respects its patients’ time.

Great place, clean, nice staff, they work with patients on payments and they have a patient assistance program. Highly recommended.

Really has changed since it was Blue Star. In the 5-6 years I went to Blue Star I honestly do not remember waiting ever. This time I waited 30 minutes. While I think they are nice people the front desk is now very hurried and tense. I guess it's just the large corporate medical environment.

Shop around before having any imaging done here and don't let Blue Star price gouge your pocketbook.

Price quoted from Blue Star for my wife's CT SCAN = $1,500

We worked with our primary care physician to shop around and found the same CT SCAN for $300.

We would have given Blue Star $1,200 additional profit without shopping around.

Never go back again. Had an mri of the neck paid 1500 dollars wasn't offered head phones for a 30 min mri. Then, called the next day and spoke with April and was told I didn't have access to my own medical record and she would not send, show, or tell me my results even if I signed a release of medical records. Was treated like another number not a person. A lot of money paid for NO service.

I had a MRI at Touchstone Imaging at Keller and my husband has had 2 MRIs there also in the past 3 years. We were very pleased with the entire process from check in to the actual imaging. We asked for and received computer discs of the imaging on the spot. Reports were sent to our doctors with in days. My husband has had yearly MRIs at other imaging centers and received the best experience at Touchstone.
