Touchstone Imaging Keller

My Dr has sent me here 3 times. They are NOT honest about cost, they NEVER get your appt on time. This last time my Dr sent an order on a Thursday mid day, she said they'd be calling. I waited the rest of Thursday and all day Friday, NOTHING.the ENTIRE next week NOTHING finally after waiting that ENTIRE week without hearing from them I called my Dr she said call them so I did. They got me in for the next day, why didn't they bother to call in the previous week and 2 days? I will be asking my Dr to send me to another imaging provider from now on!

I was in and out quickly and friendly staff members one 9f the best experience ive eve had at any medical facility

Slow staff! I came today for a simple scan. I was told the process would take 15min and that they had an appointment available at 8am. I asked before scheduling if they ran on time on appointments so I could stack other appointments for the day. I sat in the lobby for over 30min. When I asked when I would be seen I was told they could not get a hold of the person that was going to perform the scan. I waited a few additional minutes and they still did not know how long it would be before I would be seen. I know things can run behind but waiting for an unspecified time and unable to give me a ETA is not good service. I asked for a refund, the staff was nice, just poor execution of performing service in a timely manner.

Lovely Staff, Listened to my concern s once in the actual tunnel in MRI machine. I started to panic with my mask and My asthma and a very dry throat made me feel as if I was suffocating! Because of the female technician who listened to me, I was able to continue a 25 min test lying down very still in great pain at times! It made all the difference in the world. Just like a little Christmas present, just for me! Thanks Again, Gods Blessings to All

Need the use of an imaging center that is efficient and customer care oriented? Touchstone Imaging of Keller.hands down! I would never go anywhere else.

I decided to give this place a try even though I usually do my testing at another company. My doctor sent a referral over and a young lady called me as I was still trying to check out at my doctor’s office. Talk about efficient! She said she could fit me in that same day which is awesome because I live about 2.5 hours away. I was greeted with a smile and cookies! What more could a hungry single fella ask for? I checked in with the receptionist who was so kind and absolutely stunning might I add (I Think her name is kristy?). She took the time to explain my deductible and why I owed what I owed for the exam. I was embarrassed because I couldn’t Afford the entire amount but we worked out a payment plan.yes this place is a little more pricey than others but you get what you pay for. I was able to leave with a cd of my exam and my dr called me with the results before I even made it home as opposed to days at other places I’ve been. Wonderful experience.

I have used this facility several times and have been very happy with each experience. I want to especially applaud Seth, the fellow that has performed my MRIs.
I am claustrophobic so it is extremely stressful to undergo an MRI. My hubby always come with me because I know if I start to freak out he will make them let me out of the machine. I also take 2 Xanax. Recently my hubby wasn't going to be with me, so I knew I couldn't take the full dose of my meds (I had to drive myself home) & my stress level would usually be out of the roof. However I had worked with Seth before & felt confident that he would take care of me so everything went smoothly - yay!

Please stay away from any services provided by "Touchstone Imaging" and try to look for someone who's very professional and honest with the upfront out of pocket cost to you. You don't want to get a surprise bill later on after talking so many times before you come for the service and constantly ask about how much your cost will be. They might say, oh! We just see $50 in our system but that's not true. It can cost you later $750 or more. They know it's a deductible cost to you but they won't tell you that. I am sharing my experience with everyone on Facebook, Twitter etc to inform others about my experience so people don't fall into this mess later on. It seems many people experienced the same but I didn't read the review. Please read the review and don't make the mistakes I made.

Be careful with your insurance and this company. Cash price for services was $475 but because I told them I had insurance, I was going to be charged over $1500. I was told they had a contract with my insurance company and I couldn't pay cash. I've never heard of something so ridiculous. They care more about the insurance companies than the patients.

Great experience, helpful friendly staff and nice facilities. The lobby at some of the other locations are nicer, but the wait was so short here I didn't notice. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. The only negative is that it can be a little hard to find if you don't know the shopping center well.

Do not ever go to these poeple they they are friendly but they the stupidity people I have ever talk to, my wife and I went into the office twice and tried to make an appointment th o get an ultrasound dune and they nade us an appointment with the doctors office across the street twice they are as stupid as they come.
