I would highly recommend Touchstone! Everyone was helpful and friendly. My visit was quick and pleasant.

I gave them all of my previous MRI scans and the report they gave me said no prior scans to compare to. I called back, Lauren said they have my scans on file and she would email the new results. It never happened. I called and asked if I could bring the CDs up there and have them compare it, they couldn't answer that question. This place is too stressful and is just making everything worse.

Extremely satisfied with the services provided by Touchstone. A great place to go. The nedical sonographer went above and beyond to help my mom when there was an issue with the physician's order. Greatly appreciate their help all the way through.

This location was excellent and filling out your forms prior to visit speeds up the check in. I was in and out within 20 minutes for a spinal scan.

Touchstone was very caring and print! They are very LACKING in getting the results back to Dr and patient in a timely manner.

They told me to arrive at 6: 15, I did. My appointment was at 6: 30. I didn't get called back until 7. Then the CD with the images of my brain won't show. I called and asked why, the lady at the desk said it could only be viewed on the software the doctors use. She transferred me to the MRI tech, and she spoke to me like I was stupid. She just kept saying, we'll burn another CD, yeah well, it's probably going to do the same thing. I have had 7 or 8 MRIs done before and EVERY CD showed me the images just fine on my computer. I suggest going anywhere else.

I was 30 minutes early for my appointment yet was called in by the ultrasound technician at 6 minutes after. I commented that I needed to use the loo before the procedure. She scolded me and told me that I was already late and was behind schedule. What a unprofessional and demeaning personality. Toxic. Made an already stressful event disturbing. I encourage you to go elsewhere.

Touchstone scheduled my appointment for an ankle X-ray 3 views with one weight bearing. Originally they sent me to the wrong clinic who couldn’t do weight bearing. Then they sent me to another imaging clinic 16 miles away. When I arrived and checked in with the second location I was told they couldn’t do weight bearing as well. Then I had to wait for the staff to locate another clinic first in Lewisville, which I declined because it was 30 miles opposite of where I live in DFW. Then in they suggested Richardson, but then said their machine was down. Finally they suggested Mesquite who could do the weight bearing, but they wanted me to go at 5 PM during rush hour traffic 27 miles south and in less than 45 minutes. I declined and asked for a Saturday morning appointment at the Mesquite location. They then scheduled me at a walk-in clinic in Mesquite for 0845 on Saturday morning. I received a text telling me to be there at 0830. I arrived and checked in at 0815, and I was told by the office staff that I was too early and they would get to me when they were able. Frankly they treated me as if they didn’t care if I used their service or not, and lacked empathy for my mileage, gas, and time impact. This is the first bad experience with Touchstone, but it was enough for me to use another imaging service going forward.

Steer clear from this place! In this economy, they have the audacity to deliver a poor quality product and double down on it. I only chose to have my MRI complete here, due to family and friends speaking so highly of their experiences. BIG MISTAKE. Now that I have shared my poor experience with my family and friends, they have all agreed to go elsewhere for their imaging needs. Word of mouth referrals are powerful, but nothing is as powerful as public awareness. Do better Touchstone!

The whole process was more like scamming than a professional medical service. They confirmed twice that they have pre-approval from my insurance and they have checked my policy and there will be no surprise bill after procedure. They billed me now for over $1000. Scammers!

Very caring. Instructions are made clear and easy to understand. Dr.was extremely apologetic because they couldn't complete the procedure.

As a walk-in customer, I’ve previously been to Touchstone Imaging for X-rays I needed to have done. My last visit was the best I’ve ever had. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I was seen after a short 10-15 minute wait. Brandon (The technologist) was a very friendly and professional young man. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10,

Good experience. The office was clean. I was checked in quickly. The technician was friendly. He made sure I was comfortable, answered my questions and got me in and out in a timely manner.

Good atmosphere wait time was very short exam. John was quick. Yeah it was it in and out dear one dragon dogs within a couple days is great. Thanks.
