18They let you do all the leg work for them. After doing their work, they told ME to get a reference number from my insurance provider. BCBS referred to it as a case number vs reference number. I made the mistake of saying CASE number. God forbid. Dawn did not want to hear the CASE number aka REFERENCE number. She put me on hold. Came back to tell me she needed the REFERENCE number, I asked her to please try the number I was given. Of course she said it didn’t work. Go figure. She advised me to contact my provider for the REFERENCE number. Ok Dawn let me get that for you! And thank you for speaking over me, while I was trying and trying to get you to listen to me. I contacted BCBS to let them know they needed to contact this location. Which BCBS had no problems doing. I also advised BCBS they need to find some other imaging businesses that are user friendly in this area, and not TOUCHSTONE. If I had paid what they were requesting, they would have had to issue me a refund. Which means double work. Customer Service is not for everyone, Dawn included.
Very very very bad service! The staff are horrible at the Richardson location and they do not know what they are doing. Don’t go to touchstone. There are better imaging services.
All the staff there is organized, friendly, welcoming, detailed and on time. I would highly recommend Touchstone Imaging Richardson!
Would not recommend this place at all. The receptionist at the front desk only acknowledge those the chose too and the tech I had (Caucasian lady) was very unprofessional and inpatient and didn't care about my concerns.she forcefully pushed contrast through my IV line without letting me know when she was going to do it as she stated she would. It's really unfortunate that people don't care about others people nowadays especially in health care where being through and patient is vital.
I would not recommend this place at all.
The tech was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening at all points.
Ran 1/2 hour late but no updates.
Tech took very long time to get me situated on table. She didn't understand where the discomfort was.
Left 1.75 hrs after scheduled time for a 28 minute scan.
I had an MRI yesterday but when I follow up the result, they said it will take up to seven days to release the result. I am having bad pain and wants to know the possible cause and the one who answer the call don’t seem to understand the need or urgency.
The employees at Touchstone Imaging Richardson are absolutely the best.
They are so nice and friendly from the first phone call until the end when you walk out the door when you are finished.
Great imaging center I do referrals for my Dr's office and I would send any of my patients there
Excellent experience. Quick, friendly check in, helpful tech who did great job inserting IV, excellent MRI tech who was kind, knowledgeable, thorough and professional.
Excellent experience today at Touchstone in Richardson.friendly checkin, quick to be taken back, and I really enjoyed my discussion with the technician (on totally non related topics) during the process. I left with a smile on my face.
Sleep specialist was very knowlagable and clear in communicating every step of the process.

The front desk staff at this Richardson location are extremely rude and don't know the correct policies and procedures. They repeatedly tried telling me that I was wrong, yet I have done the same thing every 6 months for years, so I know what I'm doing. This is the exact reason I stopped coming to this location. Customer service here is the WORST. For the best experience, go to the location at Forest Ln and 75.
Annie, the technologist, made a difficult experience bearable. If I ever have to have another MRI, I would like Annie to take care of me. She was truly wonderful! She said I did very well on one of the most difficult places to image. That made the pain and stiffness melt away like magic. Thank you Annie and Touchstone Imaging Richardson!
Touchstone Imagine was a very great place to have an X-ray especially when you don’t feel well. The staff was all friendly and kind to me and explained everything. I was in and out in no time at all. I highly recommend touchstone imaging! Debby Fuller
Overall a great experience. My tech was fabulous but I didn’t get her name. She gave 5* service. She deserves a raise!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get an MRI scheduled and done, and the representatives of this company have done nothing but lie to me about putting in requests with my insurance for preauthorization. They keep saying it is everyone else's problem; my doctor's, mine, and my insurance company's, or the third party pre-auth company that works with my insurance. I have had an order form for this MRI for 2 weeks, and they have still not put anything through. They do not want to do their job, and believe they know best and "know my insurance company will deny the request", even when they have gotten my insurance information wrong, multiple times, and still can't get it right to this day. The representatives are rude, unhelpful, and lazy. Literally one of the worst experiences I have had at any medical facility. Patients beware and request other imaging facilities if you can, otherwise you may never recieve the diagnostic care you deserve. Horrible customer service, inept and aggressive staff, doctors should refer elsewhere.
