Touchstone Imaging Southwest Fort Worth

The people at the front desk were nice the person who did my exam was nice. I would recommend a friend & a family member here. I had no problems. I don't know why but I was happy & smiling the whole time.

The Harris Parkway location has the best customer service and technicians I ever seen. This is the only location I prefer. They never disappoint.

Really great place, if not a little hard to find. The staff are very pleasant and inviting, both over the phone and in person. The visiting area and rooms are clean and comfortable. And they offer payment plans for easier money management. Overall, very wonderful experience.

I can’t tell you enough how nice the people at Touchstone Imaging on Harris Parkway in Fort Worth were. Super nice, got me in quick, treated me nice, and they patiently and pleasantly answered all of my questions. I had an extremely efficient and courteous visit. I was able to make an appointment on the same day my doctor made the order. The facility seemed clean and was socially distant. But the best part of my visit was my technician, Erica! She was super calming and knew exactly what she was doing.

I had an appointment for two MRIs. The receptionist started checking me in when a white older man got in line behind me. Unbelievably the receptionist who was helping me asked the man how she could help him and continued to assist him while I waited. Mind you, there was another receptionist who was not busy. I just couldn’t believe how rude she was! Needless to say, I cancelled my appointments.so disappointed!

They were very nice. Very efficient.very timely. I was in and out. I had special needs and they accommodated very nicely. I highly recommend.my appt time was 730 am.maybe early appts are best for no waiting?

This place is completely incompetent, waited 20 minutes before our appointment to call me and tell me insurance was not showing authorized, we showed coverage but not there was no authorization. After back and forth, the lady then asks if I want them to call insurance and get the authorization. By this time it was too late to make our appointment either way so I said forget it. I call my insurance and according to them, that was given to them over the phone 3 hours ago. Ridiculous, can't even complete basic billing tasks, how in the world can they complete imagining competently?

They are always nice
Even when they are running behind because of people like me who have spasms and mess up the scan. They are all ways very helpful and kind.

Bad experience from the beginning. Arrived early for the appt then went to desk to find out the delay after waiting 30 mins past appointment time. The front desk clerk said she would go back and see how much longer but when she returned she didn't give me an answer until she was asked again then she responded by saying they were running behind. Well that is fine and perfectly understandable but that was never communicated and if that would have been the case I would not be writing this review.

Ridiculous wait time, arrived on time and still had to wait over 45 minutes. Would not recommend this location.

Great experience. I arrived a bit ahead of my appointment time and was immediately checked in. Waited less than 10 minutes before being taken back for my MRI. Technician was excellent. Kept me well informed and answered all my questions. Very professional. Overall great experience from arrival to departure.

Fast, Professional, Friendly, Courteous, and Painless. My doctor had the results in less than one hour.

Had an appointment for x-ray and after driving there from out of town they said there X-ray machine has been down for 2 days.would have been nice if they could have called me and told me on the phone instead of driving 1 hour there and them telling me then.
