Tower Honda of Longview

I bought a car from tower Honda and same car parked next to the one I bought had weather floor mats but the one I got they said I didn’t purchase that. That’s not true it’s an accessory that could not be taken off, even the sales person said it and was about to put in my car but she went back inside and came out with this sorry explanation. I am a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer over the weather mats especially since the mats that are in the car are carpet. I WILL not be purchasing another car from tower Honda and won’t be referring anybody over there. I’ll just get some off Amazon.

My salesperson, David, is a new salesperson but he was helpful, friendly, professional and had a “get the job done”.

We found a CRV Sport Hybrid that we liked at a deal we could not pass up. Pirom Pruski answered all of our questions. We are enjoying the fantastic gas mileage and the comfortable ride. Pirom continues to help us with different ways for us to personalize the settings regarding the use of our phones and other settings that were not present on our Honda Odyssey that we traded in.

Try elsewhere for accurate Servicing. I've had issue after issue just trying to keep my car in optimum shape. Overcharged at times. Couple of staffers aren't on point with knowledge of policy.

We bought our new CRV last week with the help of Mark Levra. He was easy to deal with, listened to what our must-haves and deal breakers were, and let us know when new cars were arriving. The dealership was clean and all the employees we ran into were very friendly. Cornelius made the payment plan as painless as possible. We drove home in the heavenly smell of new leather! Our first (short) road trip just confirmed our good choice with Honda. The only problem is we haven’t found where we’re supposed to insert our CDs! (Just kidding, Mark!)
