I have received great maintenance and repair service for years! Victor Bernal provides customer service with excellence and care. Yesterday, Steve in parts went above and beyond to get what I needed. Alex, be sure to value and reward these employees!

Scheduled a 15,000 mile "Mazda recommended service" online for my son's Mazda 3. However, they performed "Dealer recommended service", which is much more expensive and included items I didn't want. Complained and service team was ambivalent and implied appointment came through that way online. I have an email confirmation proving otherwise. My recommendation is to be very clear with this location what service you want and double check the pre-service sheet regardless of what appointment type you schedule.

I had my Mazda serviced here at this dealership last week I was able to talk to the tech named Alex Z who worked on my car he was so nice and kind and explained that do to high miles on my vehicle I needed to start using a synthetic blend high mileage oil and showed my my old cabin air filter that was so dirty and replaced thank you Alex and Town north for giving my vehicle new life.

The service department is always very friendly and very attentive to customer service. I especially like the personal contact from the service rep via text, the video they send from the mechanic that shows what they checked and what needs to be repaired, and finally the electronic estimate they send that shows their repair recommendations and costs as well as a way to choose which of those services you want them to go ahead and perform. ALL ELECTRONIC, but I can also contact the service rep directly and ask any questions I have.

I had a very enjoyable experience! Nate, my salesperson, was nice and polite. Not pushy at all. Frank, the finance guy, was also very pleasant. They talked and joked with us. It felt like you were buying a car from a friend. You don't always get that warm, welcoming feeling at a dealership. Bravo guys! Plus, I love my new car!

It was a great experience buying a 2021 CX-5 at Town North Mazda, especially considering the current circumstances in which the supply is low and the demand is high.

Ashot was a really nice person who was able to manage a car for me that fit my criteria, and who walked me through all the features of the vehicle after I purchased it. The manager and the finance officer are very considerate people too.

Also, I realized Town North Mazda has a pretty decent inventory in these current circumstances compared to some of the other Mazda dealerships in DFW that I contacted with. However, please keep in mind, due to recent chip shortages, the base price of the vehicles here may be above the MSRP much like what other dealerships are doing.

Victor is fantastic, and he is one of the main reasons I continue to get my car serviced here year after year. I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism that he and his team offer.
