2Terrible condo. Since August 17, I have reported that the refrigerator has the gasket falling off. It was delivered dirty and the gasket had cockroaches, which was disgusting. The refrigerator is rusty and the freezer gives off a bad smell and they still haven't given me an answer about changing it. 1 week ago I reported the oven that doesn't work nor the stoves and they still haven't come to fix it, you get tired of reporting things and it seems like they don't even notice. The equipment in the apartments is all old and in terrible condition. The truth is that I do not recommend these apartments. In the zipcode there are thousands of condominiums in better condition and cheaper.
I live in this residence and for them to come fix something you have to say that you are going to stay with Brenda the general manager and they still come after 13 days that you put the claim in the office without counting other things
