I have lived here for 4 years. The leasing management team are the most racist, bad behavior, unpolited, covid 19 excuses is never ended here and will stay forever. Their office are always close for the resident or future resident. They behave with people like they are the Pharaoh of USA.
Never try to get an apartment here. It's full of coacroches, will fine resident for every small things one after another.
Terrible customer service! Rude and very disrespectful! I would even go as far as saying racist! Just a horrible MANAGER!

Lived here since 2009, loved the management and apartment here. My home my living destination! I can’t live anywhere else! I wish they let me move to two bedrooms! Hopefully soon!
They are the worst apartment I have seen in my life, so racist and disrespectful. They want to throw me out from my apartment because they didn't try to reach me out but I scheduled an appointment for renew the lease. However when I went to the leasing office on my appointment day, they did not let me to renew the lease, Instead of that, " They order me to leave the apartment the next day, " Although on the leasing agreement if I fail to renew it, The agreement mention I suppose to pay extra every month until I renew it. Instead of that they force to leave the apartment I am gonna to sue them!
Roaches everywhere and fat staff rude to people for no reason maybe if the stomach wasn’t so elongated she could walk faster to show apartments girl get fat self on somewhere I’d be mad if I looked like u too smh
Called was hung up on called again the lady was very rude decided to stop by at night to see how the neighborhood looks like after hours and was shot at next day someone called I let them know what happened and was hung up on again. Wow these people really don't care about the resistance nor how they treat new applicants thanks but no thanks I'll go where the staff actually seems nice smh
