Townes on Tenth Townhomes, Pflugerville TX

Townes on Tenth is my 8th move since Hurricane Harvey hit my area back home. I have been blessed to live in a safe peaceful environment. The office manager *MEGAN* is an amazing human being, she is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I am so happy to be apart of such a great community of people. The pool area is a hidden gem! I LOVE IT HERE!

Love the property. Office folks are kind and friendly. Maintenance is prompt with request. Pool and BBQ area is lovely and inviting.

Management, horrible Roaches, not professional, overpriced unsafe area, gates always broken, never answer the phone=emails, forget about having anything fixed inside your home only one maintenance guy, the company is cheap.

I’ve been here a month now. My second “review” cause you’ll never get anyone on the phone. Online it states they close at 5: 30pm. At 4: 50 i went to discuss some things. Office already closed. Then i watched someone walk in right after i got back to my door. I’m very disappointed i wish i would’ve known these things before moving in. My customer service is just not there. People pay great money to be here. And i feel like they play “pick a boo” cause you’ll never reach anyone.

They were not open the two times I came by the leasing office in the same week. I asked one of the tenants and they told me yall were not open for the entire week.

Been attempting to view property as well take advantage of your specials.

Sad that this couldn't happen

When we first started living here in 2020, it was great. Maintenance was on time, garbage was taken as indicated and the office answered calls, but that was with the old owners.

Now it takes a miracle to get anyone on the phone, for some reason maintenance tickets are shown as completed before they arrive (which could be a week later maybe). I have cockroaches in my apartment for two months now and its like pulling teeth to get anyone out here to spray. It has been beyond frustrating. I don't recommend with the current owners
