Terrible customer service in the parts department.
Three men working behind the computer, and no one asked if I needed help I waited at least 10 minutes.
I picked up a spotter mirror walked to the cashier and was told I needed a ticket from the parts department. WHAT!?
Not going back or ordering from Toyota of Dallas.
Kristina was amazing, only reason I gave three stars.

They run scams on people and over charge and try and slip the wrong car to you. They are terrible, stay away

Never buy your car from here, the service department is the worst at accommodating you with anything and 1 day jobs turn into weeks without your brand new vehicle while they pass it around to people who have no idea what they are doing.this has happened multiple times.they just suck.dont trust them

Oh my goodness, my husband and I had the very best experience that we have ever had buying a car. Usually it is a very stressful endeavor, but Sam Mau made it so unbelievably easy and quick. We didn't really think we were going to be able to get a vehicle, but he made it happen and in a car way above our expectations. He went above and beyond and really helped us out. Not only was he able to get me an unbeatable deal, but he was very polite, patient, and easy to work with (unlike your typical sales reps that have very pushy and aggressive approaches).

Matt listened to my wants/needs and offered me options that fit those needs and wants - rather than trying to sell me something that would benefit him. He was very knowledgeable about the car that I was looking into purchasing and did an exceptional job explaining the features of the car to me.

Experts at bait-and-switch, and do not honor internet sales price when you show up with a checkbook to buy the vehicle at the advertised price. Therefore I would like to rate a zero but that isn't possible.
Specifically, the $12,000 advertised vehicle became $22,000 after they added on a list of charges such as what they had to spend to make the vehicle ready to sell (!?), dealer handling charges, extended warranty, dealer lot interest fees (!?), and more. Very frustrating and hilarious! Steer clear of this used car sales mill.
Their new car prices are reasonable though.

The General Manager, Darren Dortch, recently exhibited excellent Customer Service. He went above and beyond listening to my issues. Which, of course, adds to Toyota of Dallas' already sterling reputation. Kudos!
