I’ve only been here twice but each time I have been taken care of in an efficient and respectful manner. Some times as a female patron going into auto repair situations we can feel vulnerable but this hasn’t been the case at Toyota. Thanks!

I liked it. Although they pushed me to buy a vehicle on the lot instead of the one I wanted. But I also could not wait 4-6month to get the vehicle that I wanted.

I had a wonderful experience today with TOYATO of Fort Worth and Jeff. I enjoyed very much working with Jeff. Eddie is also their for to meet customers need when it is required. I always get a professional service. I am very happy with it.

Mauricio did a great job, knowledgeable and not pushy, great to work with. I also was able to deal with Francisco, he took over the sale after Mauricio got busy with other customers. I didn’t like the process with the finance person: I messed up on this part as he told me “the bank wants you to go with the 72 freaking months”, and I didn’t want that deal at all, I’d like to have been firmer on my desire to do the 48 months rather than 72. Now I’m stuck with a car that I will be upside down if I ever wanted to trade it after 3-4 years, I should have told him that I didn’t care what the bank wanted! This is a brain fart on my part!

Walked into the dealership hoping to walk out with a nicely used, family vehicle. Eric Avila convinved me he could get me in a brand new 2023 Tundra.
