Place is good considering the sales person we met. But the overhead price they charged (dealership charge) which is over and above the price listed plus the taxes on that was not good. Tip: They will remove that dealership charge if you are persistent and are actually interested. But the logic of putting it separately is a waste of time for customers. If you want to chage it, you should include it in the price you list on you website.

Hi,

I just wanted to stop by and leave a big shoutout and Thank you to Tyge Anderson and overall to the Toyota of Richardson dealership.

Unfortunately, I had my truck "ghetto de-catted" in downtown Dallas at the beginning of January and I had to rush to drop off my truck somewhere because, if you've ever heard a de-catted car/truck, you know it's really obnoxious, and so that's how I found your dealership nearby.

My truck was down for 3 months due to the back order on the part (nothing to do with the dealership) but, I even though that was a bit of a headache, I do need to point out that Tyge always made a great effort to keep me updated on any date changes or any info he needed from me for the insurance. Overall, what I want to point out is that, his professionalism and attention made my whole process, way easier and honestly, took the headache away.

Him and the dealership went above & beyond to keep me on a rental even when my insurance allocated car rental money ran out. The truck was ready when he said it was going to be ready and I finally got my truck back.

So again, just wanted to say Thank You! And for it to be known that you guys have a really good rep (Tyge) there that cares about his customers (even though I didn't buy the truck from you).

If anyone reading this needs extra info about the service in this dealership, take my advice and go to Tyge.

Don’t get an oil change here, nor a state inspection. They quote you 1.5 hours for a typical 45 minute job even on a slow day where there is only 2 cars in line for something. I can understand that on a busy day but on a slow day.that’s just an an excuse for you to be lazy.

Kwik Kar of Richardson will charge you around same amount or less but do it in less than half the time it takes.

Don’t go here.they are just thieving lazy technicians. I would gladly give my hard earned money to another licensed company.

PS: If you get a technician named Kyge you’re screwed.

I dropped off my 2020 Tundra for it's 20K routine maintenance at 7: 15 am. I received a picture in a text at 10: 56 of the bottom of my truck. I didn't hear from anyone about the picture for another 30 minutes explaining to me that there was a hole in my gas tank. A hole that wasn't their when I dropped it off. At that time they said it was my fault and I needed to consult with my car insurance or pay over $2K out of pocket. I requested a call back from the service manager. After leaving 3 messages, I finally received a call from Noel @ 2: 28 pm and asked what the issue was. I had to explain it to him and he said he was going to check and call me back in 10 minutes. Over 2 hours later, I still hadn't received a call back. I finally had had enough and I went up there to retrieve my truck only to see that it's still sitting on the lift. I walked up to Noel's door and he sent one of his employees out to deal with me. He didn't even have the courage to take this on himself. He sat in his chair the entire time and didn't even attempt to help. I finally had to just get my truck back and take it elsewhere to get it fixed. When I got it to my mechanic, (yes, I had to drive it with a hole in the tank to my mechanic) he immediately recognized the damage and said that one of the lift arms slid up the frame and punctured the gas tank. It's been well over a week now and I have left message after message with Brad and Noel only to be blown off. I have received 1 call from Brad Clark and he said he was going to "look in to it" then he wanted to make small talk about Lake Lavon due to me living in Wylie. WTH? Then I get a call from Jon Glasscock telling me that their experts say that this was my fault. Oh, I forgot to mention that they had to replace my rear shocks after only 20K miles. Awesome quality. This is the 4th Toyota I've owned, but it may be the last. Their customer service is non-existent and I'm shocked that they're still in business.

Very smooth cash transaction. Great selection of RAV4 inventory. Our salesman Ryan Siegel was very professional, and accommodating to my budget requirements. A “ no hassle” sales experience! In and out in about an hour and a half. I will buy another vehicle from this dealership at a future date.

From arrival at the dealership to leaving with the new car took under an hour and a half. Everyone was very friendly and they were upfront and honest with pricing. Very easy and smooth experience!

I didn’t care for Omar, my salesman. He couldn’t be back at the dealership on time and asked me to come back on his time. He was sure to let me know he had to come back to the dealership on his half day. I hadn’t bought a car in over 12 years and felt like Omar was not excited to sell me a car.
I did like financing.

Ouss in the sales department was phenomenal. We were able to walk away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. And Syed in the finance group was exceptional working with our outside credit union. We will definitely be switching our vehicle maintenance to this dealership. And any future purchases will be made through them.

I will start with I hate dealerships because of the games that are play. Saying that I would say this is one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. There was a little back and fourth, but once they knew I was serious, we negotiated everything at the desk. I just wished dealerships would stop with the game a treat people as this dealership did.
