Toyota of Victoria

I am writing this review to inform others of the unethical practices going on at Toyota and to warn others that while stereotypes you hear about car sales don’t apply to everyone in the business, Boyce Garcia and Joshua Smith at Toyota do in fact fit the stereotype to a T. My post is very lengthy and too much to fit into this review, but you can read all the details of our encounters on their FACEBOOK page.
****To summarize things Boyce Garcia sold us a 4Runner with an MSRP of 45k for 60k instead to make up for what they said they were going us for our trade (if you were to compare the jacked up price of our new SUV to what we owed on our traded, he basically stole our Suburban) once this came to light and we chose not to have the seats installed to a vehicle we already overpaid for, Boyce Garcia and Josh Smith refuse to honor the contract and refund the overpriced amount they charged us for the interior.

Good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just wish they’d learn to put things back the way they found them. It gets really old banging my knees in the steering column because the technician didn’t move the seat back. I mean really, how hard is it?

Linzy Eaton was fantastic to work with. We highly recommend asking for him. He was thorough from start to finish. He goes above and beyond with outstanding customer service!

Well yall did a very fine job as always. Thanks for the great service. Had to order the part, but no dealer can stock everything. Great job on the detailing of 2021 4 Runner.

I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment. Service Rep said there were 3 cars ahead of me, so it would be about an hour and 45 minutes & asked if that would be ok because we were waiting for the car. I said yes. It took them less than an hour to perform the 15K service. My kids were especially excited because they didn’t want to spend that much time at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly!

Leo Martinez took very good care of me when I came in to purchase my car. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question that was asked. He worked hard to get the best deal for me and I’m very appreciative of him. I’m proud to say that I purchased my vehicle from Toyota Of Victoria.

The service team were all very courteous and willing to listen to my concerns about my car trouble. They took the time to understand what was happening. The service was expedient and respectful of my time. They are a very good team that represents Toyota of Victoria.

Trino Barrera from the Toyota Victoria location was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. The 2022 Camary was not in stock at that moment so he gave me a loaner car until my New Camary comes in November. I would recommend him to take care of you when you need to buy a car.

Best service in this area be sure to get with Trino Barrera if you are looking to get a new vehicle went in with no expectations and came out with a new vehicle they will treat you right!

Let’s start off by saying I love my vehicle and my sales rep DJ as well as the gentleman man who assisted with my finance was superb. However, I have entered the facility 2 times and not once did I feel like a valued customer, just standing and waiting to be acknowledged when it wasn’t busy was very uncomfortable. At one encounter I entered and there was a gentleman head down in a cell phone and another who stepped out of his office walked by me standing in the middle and didn’t even say good morning or asked if I needed assistance. Again I love my vehicle but the customer service NEEDS to be better.

Was promptly met by Lynn after driving into business service lane. A explanation and demonstration was given of all the maintenance visit would cover. I waited the time that was suggested for the work to be done. More explanation at check out and payment time. All very courteous

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment to see a vehicle and supposedly magically disappeared. They have a website that is a sham. Called me multiple times and I drove so far. For nothing. Very unprofessional people.why would I lie. Most disorganized Toyota dealership I’ve visited.

Lynn helped me with my fuel pump recall on my 20 Camry. He was very helpful let me know what needed done and how long it would take, and explained all the other things that will need to be done in the future and overall I was very satisfied with the results. My car is running great now and I will definitely return for anything els I need repaired. Thank you Toyota of Victoria for doing a great job.

Toyota staff were very courteous and professional. They fixed my problem before the extremely nice shuttle driver pulled in my driveway!

Great Service. Everyone is most helpful. We have purchased several vehicles from them and they have always worked with us to get what we want.
